Objective:Lower limb strength has an important impact on athletes and ordinary students to master the technology of various sports, establish correct technical dynamic stereotypes, form good muscle proprioception, etc.,and is the basis for rapid and correct mastery of sports technology. For many sports, good lower limb strength is manifested in the ability to change direction quickly and suddenly accelerate or brake suddenly when rid of opponents. This is not only the ability of professional athletes, but for ordinary teenagers, whether it is a sports exam or an amateur competition, lower limb strength is equally important. In the past training, our cognitive level of rapid change of direction mobility was not high, the training method was not systematic enough, and we did not pay enough attention to it.For a long time, lower limb strength training has been neglected, and physical fitness is difficult to fully develop.Research objects and methods:Exploring the formation, development and change of lower limb strength is not only of great significance for the selection of reserve talents in competitive sports, but also has important reference value for teaching and training in primary and secondary school physical education courses.Research objects and methods:In the current junior sports school grassroots training team, there are many physical coaches and technical and tactical coaches who are still using high-intensity and heavy-weight weight-bearing squats and hard pulls as the primary choice for developing lower limb strength in the training process of developing athletes’ lower limb strength, which is actually contrary to the physiological characteristics of young athletes themselves. It can also cause many irreversible muscle damage to the lower limbs.Due to its physiological characteristics applicable to youth strength training and the relatively simple requirements for venue equipment,self-weight strength training has been widely used in the process of youth competitive sports training, which has a positive impact on improving the special technical level of athletes. Not only that, but self-weight strength training is also of great help in the field of sports rehabilitation. However, there is very little research on self-weight lower limb strength training,so after this study selects the self-weight lower limb strength action, according to the specific problems of youth basketball players in the training process, the implementation of targeted training programs to make up for the defects and deficiencies in the process of lower limb strength training of our athletes, thereby reducing the risk of injury during sports, and finally providing more ideas and choices for our grassroots athletes and coaches in the process of lower limb strength training and protecting our young athletes. Results:In this study of lower limb self-weight strength, the training period is twelve weeks, the first two weeks are theoretical learning, the next five weeks are training improvement, and the last five weeks are consolidation training. After the end of the experiment,it was found that on the ten indicators taken by the lower limb strength, the trained U15 basketball players had a more obvious improvement in some indicators, and after the T test,it was found that there were significant characteristics of these performance improvements(P <0.05),from the perspective of the special athletic ability that is more appropriate to the sport of basketball, several index experiments have been significantly improved, such as standing high jump, running high, sprinting and other performance improvements after self-weight lower limb strength training(P<0.05);From the perspective of the overall ten-week self-weight strength training, the lower limb self-weight strength training carried out in this experiment helps to improve the basic athletic ability of our young basketball players, and the changes in several indicators of the basketball special test indicators(such as: touching the high)are more significant, and this training is introduced into the grass-roots youth sports team, which can play an active role in cultivating students’ sports interest, enhancing their athletic ability, and avoiding sports injuries... |
