| Basketball is a multi-faceted team sport, which requires not only a well-developed anaerobic energy, but also stable shooting skills, coordinated limbs and torso,as well as tacit team cooperation to succeed. In the basketball game, shooting is the most basic and effective means of scoring, undefended open point shooting, the sudden stop jump shot in sports war, turning over and fadeaway jump shot and other shooting methods are the most basic and important weapons of sports people. In biomechanics, the lower limbs are the basis of the whole shooting movement, and the explosive power and stability of the lower limbs play an important role in the shooting percentage in the fierce confrontation. At present, many relevant studies show that enhanced lower limb training can induce the best stimulation, improve the burst performance in muscle training more effectively, have a more efficient regulation of muscle contraction force, promote muscle motor nerve innervation, and improve the explosive power of athletes’ lower limbs. Therefore, this paper introduces the enhanced lower limb training method into the training of college basketball players in Minzu University of China to explore whether the enhanced lower limb training has a better impact on the shooting percentage of athletes. After 12 weeks of training, the performance of athletes in the experimental group and the control group was not significantly improved after the eighth-grade abdominal bridge test and 30s supine two-step rise, indicating that the enhancement training had no obvious improvement effect on the core deep small muscle group and the shallow small muscle group in the waist and abdomen. This paper selects 20 male athletes from the basketball team of Minzu University of China as the research object.Twenty basketball players were divided into experimental group and control group for 12 weeks of training, the experimental group for enhanced lower limb training, the control group for traditional strength training. Before and after the experiment, the athletes were tested on seven indexes:eight-level abdominal bridge,30s supine double rise, vertical jump in place,3/4 field sprint,fixed-point shooting,one-minute timed shooting, dribble stopper jump shot.SPSS26.0 software was used for T detection and analysis of test results, and the final conclusions are as follows:1.After 12 weeks of training, athletes in the experimental group have significantly improved their scores of vertical jump and run-up in place, and compared with members of the control group after the experiment, which indicates that plymo training can effectively improve lower limb strength and explosive power.2.After 12 weeks of training, the sprint performance of 3/4 field of athletes in the experimental group was significantly improved, and compared with members of the control group after the experiment,it indicates that plyom training can effectively improve the explosive power and speed of lower limb muscles.3.After 12 weeks of training, the results of standing long jump and standing triple jump of athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved, and compared with members of the control group, they were significantly improved after the experiment, indicating that enhanced lower limb training can effectively improve continuous jumping ability and lower limb explosive power, and can improve muscle coordination. In addition,it also promotes the ability of muscle group to recruit motor units to participate in contraction.4.After 12 weeks of training, neither the experimental group nor the control group showed significant improvement in performance after the experiment, indicating that reinforcement training has little effect on fixed-point shooting under stable state.5.After 12 weeks of training, the scores of one-minute timed shooting and dribble quick stop shooting of athletes in the experimental group have been significantly improved, and compared with members of the control group after the experiment,it indicates that plymentral training has a positive effect on intensive one-minute timed shooting and dribble quick stop shooting under unstable state and physical competition. |
