In today's society,the persuasion mechanism of narrative transmission permeates all aspects of our life,and the persuasion effect of narrative transmission has been fully recognized and widely used in the field of health promotion.It is of great theoretical and practical value to apply narrative information to the promotion of middle school students' physical activities,and to spread the concept knowledge theory related to sports through narrative,so that students can change their sports attitude and sports behavior through immersive story experience,so as to improve the physical activity of children and adolescents and improve the physical health level of students.The purpose of this study is to transmit the relevant sports knowledge information to junior high school students by means of narrative transmission.Through the persuasive effect of narrative transmission,the students can change their own negative sports view and attitude,establish a positive and scientific concept of sports health,enhance their interest in sports learning,improve their participation in sports activities,and promote their physical activity level.At the same time,through experimental exploratory research,narrative can not only be used in advertising,art,marketing and other fields,but also provide new ideas and methods for the current sports teaching,and provide new development direction and ways for the reform of sports teaching in China.Research methods: Through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper makes narrative intervention and expert presentation intervention respectively for junior high school students.According to the results of the questionnaire,a large number of data are collected.Through the test and analysis of the data results,we can understand the role of narrative in changing the sports attitude and behavior of junior high school students and improving their physical activities.1.The Shanghai junior middle school students in sports attitude,sports study interest and physical activity,no obvious difference was found between each of the students in the same level,the majority of students in sports have attitude is not positive,reluctantly,passive,so the sports behavior lead to junior high school students is less,the only sports behavior also came from the school physical education.2.Narrative information for junior high school students can have a good transmission effect,in the tenth narrative intervention,the subjects mostly junior high school students can better immersed in a narrative story of sports and the narrative effect are also present a forward state,that junior middle school students in this age interested in the story of the degree is higher,can be easily through the story of sports information,thus its negative sports attitude into a positive attitude,so as to improve their sports behavior.3.Narrative and preach sports attitude and behavior of junior high school students can have some influence,but in the exercise,sports study interest and body activity three shows in the table,narrative for junior high school students sports attitude and behavior is better than the influence of experts preach,so the narrative tothe sports attitude,sports behavior of junior high school students can have a positive effect.4.According to the correlation between exercise attitude and sports learning interest,when narrative changes junior high school students' sports attitude,their sports learning interest will also change.The change in sports attitude will inevitably affect sports behavior,so as to promote junior high school students to take sports and increase their own sports behavior.
