| Along with the information epoch advent,Statistics and probability are increasingly used in education,bioinformatics,artificial intelligence,economics and other fields.In recent years,Chinese scholars have gradually increased their attention in the teaching of statistics and probability-related knowledge,and set data analysis as one of the core literacy of the six major mathematical disciplines.However,judging from the current teaching situation,a large part of high school mathematics teaching in China is mainly based on the college entrance examination.Some teachers are constrained by the examination results when they are teaching mathematics.They only focus on students' scores and ignore the cultivation and improvement of students' abilities.It is contrary to the basic idea of mathematics education based on "Promoting student development,developing students' morality and improving students' quality".Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to integrate a student-centered teaching mode that meets the requirements of the new era.This article adopts literature research method,experimental research method and investigation method to conduct research.After collecting and reviewing a large amount of literature on PBL teaching mode,the author carefully reviews the connotation,origin of PBL teaching mode,and current research status at home and abroad.Then,the author summarizes the main characteristics and advantages of the teaching mode.It is found that it can be well combined with high school mathematics teaching,which provides a guarantee for in-depth research.The author uses survey methods to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with students and teachers in two high schools in Dalian.The main purpose is to understand the current status and problems of statistics and probability teaching and learning in high schools.It provides relevant evidence for the teaching and research part of the article.Two models of the PBL teaching model are introduced in detail: 3C3 R problem design model and Barrows PBL learning process five-step model.Based on the two models,the problems and current situation in high school mathematics teaching,the integration and reconstruction of teaching models is carried out.At the same time,the author uses modern information technology to assist classroom teaching and further model optimization and finally forms a high school statistics and probability teaching model based on the PBL teaching model.On this basis,the author designs two teaching cases of high school statistics and probability knowledge.Then applies the teaching cases to practical teaching.The experimental researchmethod is used to analyze the implementation to ensure the feasibility of the teaching model.Relevant conclusions can be drawn based on the comparison of the results of the experimental and control classes and the results of the interviews:The integrated PBL teaching model can better support teachers in teaching design;The PBL teaching model not only meets the requirements of the new curriculum standards,but also motivates students to participate more actively in mathematics learning.To a certain extent,this teaching mode can cultivate the ability of experimental class students to think independently and cooperate in inquiry.It is expected that this article can provide ideas for exploring new high school statistics and probability teaching models through the teaching research of high school statistics and probability teaching based on the PBL teaching model,and provide practical experience for the application research of PBL teaching models in mathematics teaching.However,this research is still in the trial stage,and the applicability of the designed PBL teaching model and the validity of experimental data need to be improved in further practice. |
