Information technology and mathematics curriculum integration is a hot topic in the domain of mathematics education research. But many problems exposed in the curriculum integration process caused negative impact on teaching and learning. Probability and Statistics are one of the things confusing teachers and students. So studying simple and convenient, easy-to information technology and integrated teaching probability and statistics program is very necessary.This paper explored ways and methods of information technology and eighth-grade integration of probability and statistics from the perspective of teaching. The questionnaire results show that the necessity and urgency of the integration. This paper will focus on teaching probability and statistics, the implementation of information technology and curriculum integration point, curriculum integration mode of instruction, curriculum integration, as well as teaching principles.This paper will mainly use Excel' simulation and statistical functions, which is simple and easy to operate, in order to be applied in teaching by teachers.The last part of the paper made simple summation of research results and put forward the issue which needs to be further researched and offer some proposals on the preparation of teaching materials, teaching and technical training, and other aspects.
