A Study On The Institutional Guarantee Of Professional Ethics For Primary And Secondary School Teachers In China

During 1960 s and 1970 s,teacher professional development has gradually become the main trend and research subject of teacher education reform in the world.As an important part of teacher professional development,teacher professional ethics is an important sign of teacher professional maturity.Teacher professional ethics refers to the behavioral facts and norms that teachers display in their professional communication with colleagues,students,parents and other relevant subjects in the professional field centered on teaching work.It is of great significance to promote the professional development of teachers,realize career happiness.This paper focuses on the teaching relationship between teachers and students in the professional ethics of teachers to ensure that teachers can "teach ethically",so how to guarantee teachers "teach ethically" through the guarantee of teachers' professional standards and systems becomes the focus of this paper.However,many practical situations make it difficult for teachers to teach.This paper provides policy reference for the construction of professional ethics of teachers in China by analyzing the professional ethical standards of teachers and the guarantee status of the professional ethics system of teachers in China.This research discusses from four parts.The first part is the introduction part,is to write a good paper preparation;In the second part,the thesis focuses on the "moral teaching" of teachers,and discusses that "moral teaching" is the core of teachers' professional ethics from three aspects: the theoretical viewpoint,the transformation stage of teachers' professional ethics into teachers' professional ethics and the professional ethical standards of "moral teaching".The third part analyzes the current situation from the perspective of teachers' system guarantee,teachers' teaching system guarantee and school management system guarantee.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures from the three aspects of "teacher law","teacher professional ethics guarantee system" and "teacher professional community",and makes it become the system guarantee countermeasures in line with China's national conditions.
