Running pre-school education well and realizing early childhood education is an important decision-making plan made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party and a popular project for the Party and the government to provide better educational resources for the people.It concerns the all-round development of hundreds of millions of children,social harmony and stability,and the future of the cause of the party and the country.It is an important link to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Kindergarten teachers are the main implementation of early childhood education,the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers directly affects the quality of kindergarten care and education,the healthy growth and development of children.In recent years,child abuse incidents constantly appear on the Internet new media platforms,which makes the professional ethics level of kindergarten teachers become the focus of social attention and arouses hot debate among the public.How to improve the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,it is extremely important to study the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers.This paper uses literature research,interdisciplinary research method and investigation method to conduct a more in-depth study on the issues related to the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics.The main research contents are as follows:The first part focuses on the connotation and characteristics of kindergarten teachers'professional ethics,and clarifies the purpose and basic content of the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics.This paper analyzes marxist classic writers' theories on moral education and the CPC's thoughts on teachers' moral construction,and extracts the thoughts on teachers' moral construction in China's excellent traditional culture as the theoretical support of this study.The second part sorts out the development course of professional ethics construction of kindergarten teachers in our country.The course of the construction of kindergarten teachers'professional ethics is divided into three stages:from the founding of new China to the eve of reform and opening up,the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics in the new era of reform and opening up,and the construction of China's kindergarten teachers'professional ethics in the new era.Moreover,this paper deeply discusses the time value of the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics,which is the cornerstone of the successful preschool education in China.It promotes the professional development of kindergarten teachers,drives the purification of the social moral environment,and promotes the all-round development of kindergarten teachers.The third part,by means of investigation and research,makes an empirical analysis on the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers and their construction.First of all,the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers are divided into four dimensions:career view,children's view,child-care view and self-development view,12 fields and 44 basic contents.Then,by means of questionnaire and individual interview,the data on the current professional ethics of kindergarten teachers were obtained.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and the mean value was used to obtain the overall situation of the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers.Focus around the survey results,analysis of the current problem of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics construction in our country,mainly including kindergarten teachers professional ethics of inadequate legal system construction,the park management mechanism is not sound professional ethics education,infant normal school is not in place,as well as kindergarten teachers' participation in professional ethics construction is not enough,and on the basis of analyzing the cause of the problem,provide the basis for the countermeasures put forward.The fourth part sorts out and analyzes the experience and measures of some countries in the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics.It mainly summarizes and analyzes the practical practices of the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics in the United States,Japan and South Korea,and explores the beneficial elements that can be used for reference in the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics in China.The fifth part puts forward the concrete path of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics construction.Under the background of the new era,the path of kindergarten teachers'professional ethics construction mainly includes creating a good social moral environment,establishing and improving the effective mechanism of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics construction,perfecting the kindergarten normal education school and the kindergarten professional ethics education system,and inspiring the kindergarten teachers' professional ethics quality to improve themselves.It integrates the subjectivity of the society,the school,the kindergarten and the kindergarten teachers themselves,and jointly promotes the rationalization,standardization and sound development of the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers in China.
