| The evaluation behavior of teachers refers to the behavior and process in which teachers make positive or negative judgments with verbal or non-verbal ways according to their understanding of children’s existing experience and comprehensive judgment of their behavior performance in specific educational and teaching situations in kindergartens.In recent years,with the country’s attention and continuous promotion of preschool education,more and more researchers have begun to pay attention to the important role of teacher evaluation behavior on children’s development.At present,most of the existing studies focus on the evaluation of teachers’ collective teaching activities or daily life activities in kindergartens,and there is very little research on teacher evaluation behavior of regional activities,especially art-designer regional activities.Therefore,six teachers in Kindergarten C were observed and interviewed.Mainly through observation record kindergarten art-designer regional activities in the current situation of teacher evaluation behavior,found in the characteristics of the teachers and differences,understand the teacher evaluation behavior of some deficiencies,and analyze the problems of the factors,and finally explore the teacher evaluation strategy which can promote the growth of children and teachers appropriately.After the observation and analysis of teacher evaluation behavior in art-designer regional activities,I found that positive speech is mainly on the way and nature of teacher’s evaluation,and positive emotional speech is mainly on skill-oriented evaluation,and positive emotion is input in evaluation,and children in the face of teacher evaluation response positively.In addition,through the difference test of the evaluation behavior of teachers in different age classes,it is found to have three differences in the evaluation method and the nature,the evaluation content and the emotional input during the evaluation.According to the observed phenomena and interview contents,the above phenomena are discussed and analyzed from the subjective factors and objective factors: teachers ’game view,children’s view and evaluation concepts;teachers ’evaluation ability,and teacher’s artistic quality.In objective aspects,there are kindergarten regional activities;kindergarten importance to evaluation behavior.Finally,after understanding the characteristics,problems and influencing factors of teacher evaluation behavior,suggestions are proposed to improve teacher evaluation behavior in beauty regional activities: to respect children and comb the correct artistic evaluation view;pay attention to observe the role in regional activity evaluation,improve teacher evaluation ability;improve teacher’s artistic quality;and focus on the effectiveness of teacher evaluation behavior.At the kindergarten level,we should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ evaluation ability;provide various forms of learning channels;adjust the kindergarten daily life schedule to ensure the regional activity time. |
