According to the Kindergarten Educational Guidelines,the kindergarten should regard the game as the basic teaching activity,which can improve the work,the quality of teaching,and play an important role in the evaluation education.As a means of evaluation of kindergarten teaching evaluation,Informal evaluation can let the teachers really understand the children's foundation,according to informal assessment of individual differences of each child,and let every child develop original basis.Teachers' informal assessment acts will affect children in regional activities.The research object is the E kindergarten in Kunming.The study primarily observes the teachers' informal assessment acts,and mainly uses interview method,observation method,and case analysis method.the four basic types of informal evaluation is the main clue.Respectively,positive evaluative speech acts,qualitative evaluation of negative words,behavior evaluation negative evaluation of nonverbal behavior are analyzed.Preschool teachers present the current situation.On the basis of improvement suggestions and strategies for the problems,We investigate teachers' informal assessment response to informal assessment acts,explore the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems.
