The party's "19th congress" report said that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and new progress should be made in "nurturing the young".T his not only means that in the new era,the party and the state endow the care servic e with a new mission at a higher level,such as livelihood guarantee and improvement,and national strategic guarantee and support,but also means that continuously meetin g the needs of the people for care service is the basic direction and common vision o f the early education work in the new era.This study investigated and analyzed the i nfluencing factors,willingness to pay and the current situation of institutional supply o f 0-3-year-old children's parents' participation in childcare institutions through selection experiments,questionnaires and interviews.The results show that:1.Parents' Preference for Participating in Care Services(1)Among the attributes of childcare service institutions,parents obviously prefer the four attributes of institutional nature,service courses,service hours and institutiona l teachers,but have no obvious preference for geographical location attributes.In addit ion,parents show obvious negative preference for service fee attributes.(2)Among the interactive results of various attributes of childcare service instituti ons,the interactive items that have significant positive impact on the marginal premiu m of parents are: service courses and service time,service courses and institutional te achers,service time and geographical location,geographical location and institutional t eachers.The interactive items that have a significant negative impact on the marginal premium of parents are: organization nature and service courses,organization nature and service time,organization nature and geographical location,organization nature and organization teachers,service courses and geographical location,service time and organ ization teachers.(3)The priority of parents to each attribute of childcare service is ranked as serv ice curriculum,nature of institution,teachers of institution,service time,service cost a nd geographical location.(4)Parents are willing to pay an additional amount of 1758 yuan for service cou rses,1626 yuan for nature of institutions,1109 yuan for teachers of institutions and 472 yuan for service hours per month for each attribute of childcare service institutions.(5)Through the interactive results of the parents' samples from the two regions o n the service curriculum attributes,it can be seen that in the samples from the east C hina region,the children's father's last educational background and the family's sending experience will produce negative results on the service curriculum preference,while t he children's minimum age will produce positive results on the service curriculum pref erence;In the sample of northeast region,the last educational background of the child's father,the last educational background of the child's mother,and the sending experie nce will have negative results on the preference for service courses.The minimum chi ld's month age,whether it is a two-child family,and the willingness to reproduce will have positive results on the preference for service courses.2.Factors Affecting Parents' Participation in Care Services(1)The overall situation of influencing factors of parents' participation in childcar e service institutions Institutional factors are one of the most important factors that aff ect parents' participation in childcare services.(2)the differences of different demographic variables under various factors Cognit ive factors have generally significant differences in the mother's final educational back ground and willingness to reproduce,significant differences in the father's household,a nd extremely significant differences in the youngest child's age.Family factors have e xtremely significant differences in the children's mother's final academic qualifications and the youngest child's age,and differences in the desire to reproduce and the children's mother's household registration.Social factors have extremely significant difference s in the final educational background of the child's mother and the age of the younge st child,and significant differences in the final educational background of the child's f ather.Institutional factors have extremely significant differences in the final educational background of the mother of the child,and significant differences in the minimum a ge of the child and the desire to reproduce.ults on the preference for service courses.The minimum child's month age,whether it is a two-child family,and the willingness to reproduce will have positive results on the preference for service courses.
