Aging of population is one of the common problems faced by all countries in the world.After China has entered a deep aging society,the demographic characteristics brought by aging are becoming increasingly prominent.The proportion of the elderly suffering from chronic diseases,disability and dementia is gradually increasing.At present,19.5% of the elderly are partially or completely disabled,and the total number of disabled elderly is more than 40 million.China’s rural medical and health care and other infrastructure construction is much less than the city,with the weakening of traditional family care function,by the mere force of family members disability,the old man is difficult to guarantee the high quality of daily life,therefore accurate pulse rural disability elderly long-term care present situation,scientific judge disability elderly long-term care model for the choice of will,In-depth analysis of the influencing factors behind selection behavior is of great significance for optimizing the allocation of pension resources in rural areas and improving the construction of long-term care system for disabled elderly people in rural areas.With Anderson behavioral model as the basic framework,this study according to the theory of planned behavior,maslow’s hierarchy of needs,the welfare pluralism theory and the main content of the theory of social support,integration design out of the paper questionnaire to 312 disability Tai’an City rural areas tend to characteristics of old people and their families,enabling factors,demand factors and situational factors to situation investigation,Then,independent sample T test and one-way an OVA were conducted on the survey data to screen out the significant factors that affect the willingness to choose long-term care model for disabled elderly people.Finally,structural equation was used to empirically analyze the relationship between tendency characteristics,enabling factors,demand factors and situational factors.The results show that age,education level,marital status and health management have significant influence on the willingness to choose care mode.Among many enabling factors,personal guaranteed income,personal insurance participation,family economic conditions,family internal relations,community care facilities construction and community care service price have significant impact on the disabled elderly’s willingness to choose long-term care mode.Among the many demand factors,the severity of chronic disease,self-assessment of health,mental state and life satisfaction have significant influence on the willingness to choose long-term care mode of disabled elderly.Among many situational factors,local medical system construction,welfare security policy and quality of medical staff have a significant impact on the willingness to choose long-term care mode for the disabled elderly.Structural equation of fitting results show that the situational factors,subject characteristics,enabling factors,demand factors can directly or indirectly to rural disability elderly long-term care mode choice will influence,therefore in the optimization of regional endowment allocation of resources,improve the disability elderly long-term care system construction should be paid attention to these factors.According to the actual situation of the study,combined with the empirical analysis of the data as a result,this research from the aspect of subject factor,social participation and system security level,for perfecting the rural areas to the old man’s long-term care system put forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to hope for rural endowment resources optimal allocation and sustainable and healthy development of the undertaking of pension.
