Computational thinking is recognized as an essential skill for 21 st century learners.Nowadays,as the typical "digital natives",we need to have computational thinking to cope with the challenges brought by the rapid change of social technology in the future.At present,the curriculum standard of information technology in China lists computational thinking as one of the core qualities of the discipline.However,with the comprehensive promotion of curriculum reform,many information technology textbooks cannot meet the new curriculum concept,while school-based curriculum,as an important supplement to national and local curriculum,can effectively solve the above problems.In order to meet the urgent demand for information technology teaching materials in experimental primary schools,the author designs and develops Scratch information technology school-based teaching materials,implements the teaching materials,and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of teaching material design based on the analysis of teaching data in this research,so as to revise and improve the compilation of teaching materials.Therefore,the author did the following work:First,the author collects research materials related to computational thinking,school-based textbooks and Scratch textbooks,carries out the analysis and summary of the research on computational thinking and the research on Scratch school-based textbooks,provides the theoretical support for the research,and clarifies the purpose and significance of textbook development.Secondly,the development process of school-based textbooks is determined according to the target model of Taylor's curriculum development.The demand of teachers and students is analyzed by means of investigation.At the same time,the theme of the textbook is determined according to the requirement of learners,and under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,the main line of the cultivation of computational thinking,and the system style of other textbooks,the textbook compilation work is carried out in detail.Thirdly,the author takes the sixth grade students of Feng He Central School as the teaching objects,adopts the method of investigation,work analysis and statistical analysis to carry out the research on the implementation effect of the school-based teaching material from three aspects: the feedback of the teaching material implementation,the analysis of students' works and the cultivation of students' computational thinking.Fourthly,the author analyzes the research results and finds that this textbook can cultivate students' computational thinking,and its design is reasonable and effective to a certain extent,and it can also meet the needs of information technology courses in this school for teaching materials,which has strong practicability and authenticity.The purpose of this research is to design and develop textbooks for the cultivation of computational thinking,application of textbooks to teaching practice,aiming to make students experience a complete process of thinking ability training and provide practical basis for the revision of school-based textbooks.At the same time,it also solves the information technology teaching material of the school which lacks of information technology textbooks books,provides the guarantee for improving the effective teaching of information technology of the sixth grade,and makes a contribution to the development and research of school-based teaching material.
