With the continuous development and deepening of basic education reform,the banner of cultivating and developing core competencies has been raised at home and abroad.The cultivation and development of students' core competencies has become a hot issue of education in the new curriculum reform.Core competencies requires the cultivation of people with comprehensive development.Integrity and complexity,and a fully developed person needs knowledge integration to cultivate and promote.Knowledge integration requires students to both learn knowledge and develop abilities,to acquire problem-solving abilities from the process of knowledge integration,and to shift from learning to using knowledge in order to construct students' values,attitudes,and characters.However,the traditional teaching ignores the basic characteristics of students and textbook knowledge,making the knowledge scattered and inadequate,lacks the characteristics of integration,and does not help students establish a knowledge structure,so it is difficult for students to obtain useful knowledge in the learning process.Therefore,the promotion of knowledge integration must be discussed to provide a new perspective,new theory and practical guidance for the effective use of knowledge integration in classroom teaching.This research consists of five parts.The research is based on the theory of knowledge integration and allosteric learning.The first part discusses the problems in this research from the problems found in practice to the existing research problems.It systematically examines the relevant ideas of knowledge integration in education history and the relevant content of the allomorphic learning theory,forms a literature review,and reviews the literature;The second part analyzes the existing models and strategies to promote students' knowledge integration,and summarizes the practical applications of knowledge integration based on this.The third part constructs the analysis of knowledge integration from the four aspects ofpurpose,content,method and result.The framework reveals the basic meaning of knowledge integration.Through the interview method and classroom observation and analysis,the current practice status and three representative reasons of knowledge integration in elementary schools are summarized,the complexity of knowledge integration is revealed,and the foundation for the next chapter to propose a theory of variant learning is laid.In the critical inheritance of the three major learning models,a new learning path--a variant learning model is proposed.From the perspective of the theory of allosteric learning,the analysis framework of knowledge integration under the new perspective,that is,the nature,value,content and level of knowledge integration,is summarized and summarized how students' knowledge concepts are constructed;the fifth part explains the allosteric learning The six internal dimensions of the model,the functional structure and the conceptual body transformation process.On the basis of the previous discussion,design a transformational learning model that promotes knowledge integration: create contexts,generate confrontation,transform concepts,refine knowledge,establish connections,build networks,invoke new knowledge,actively reflect.And research design to promote knowledge integration Five strategies of metamorphic learning: motivating learning motivation strategies,expanding multiple confrontation strategies,constructing knowledge strategies,calling knowledge strategies in a timely manner,and starting metacognitive strategies.This research is innovative in theory and practice.Firstly,the analytical framework of knowledge integration is revealed by theoretical thinking.Secondly,through the interview method,classroom observation and case analysis to further explore the problems of knowledge integration.Finally,a new perspective on the theory of metamorphic learning is proposed to promote the development and application of knowledge integration in classroom teaching,and a metamorphic learning model and strategy to promote knowledge integration is provided to provide some reference and inspiration for the front-line teaching of elementary school teachers.
