The rapid development of information technology characterized by multimedia and network technology has a profound influence on people' s living style. And it also brings many chances for the contemporary basic educational reform. Therefore, integrating information with curriculum now becomes a hot issue of curriculum reform. The incorporation of information technology will definitely bring vigor and vitality for physics which occupies an important position in science curriculum. It is put forward in Physics Curriculum Standards (Experiment ) newly formulated by the Education Department of China that we should reform the teaching model that puts books first with the aid of experiments, adopt various teaching methods and make information technology permeate physics teaching. It is thus evident that we should reexamine physics curriculum and teaching from new angles and with new ideas and measures. We should utilize the advantage of information technology appropriately, and explore the integration model of information technology suitable for physics curriculum in view of the features of physics and the goals of physics curriculum.Thus , aimed at how to incorporate information technology into physics curriculum organically to promote students' deep learning, the paper has carried out the theoretical and practical research. The paper consists of four parts. The first part mainly expounds the background of integrating information technology with physics curriculum, as well as the necessity and the great significance of the integration, and comprehensively summarizes the current research and puzzlement confronted in this field both at home and abroad, laying the foundation for the further elaboration...
