The Research Of Teacher Participation In Decision Making In Primary And High School

The scientification and demacratization of education decision are essential for know and information society. Democracy is the eternal pursuit of people, so do teachers. Teacher Pro- fessionalization strengthen the teachers' pursuit . how to adapt to the demand ,satisfy the need of teacher participation ,and promote teacher participation in school decision making ,is not only an current problem, but an eternal subject research of school administration . The study ,methods of questionnaire and free interviews are employed to explore the primary and high school teachers' attitude towards teacher participation in decision making and the real condition of teacher participation. The result shows that there are scarce chances of teacher participation which can not satisfy the need of teacher at all. The thesis goes further to research the reasons and other factors for teacher participation . in addition ,we still discuss "who should participate" and "what should be shared". According to the result, we put forward some education suggestions , in order to promote teacher participation in school decision making .
