Research On The Current Situation Of Parents' View Of Children's Housework

In recent years,the state has vigorously advocated labor education and advocated the all-round development of children's morality,intelligence,physique and labor.By engaging in the housework within one's power,children can develop their sense of responsibility,exercise their self-care ability and develop their sociality.However,the current family labor education appears the softening phenomenon,the existence of parents' labor education concept is weak.Through reviewing the literature,the researchers found that there was little research on the concept of labor education for parents of children.Housework is one of the main forms of children's participation in labor,so researchers take the parents' concept of children's housework as the key content of research.By studying the current situation of parents' view on children's housework,the following conclusions are drawn:By referring to relevant literature,the researcher encodes the parent interview,preliminarily conceives seven dimensions of parents' view of children's housework,and on this basis,prepares a prediction questionnaire.Through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the formal questionnaire was formed.Four dimensions of the formal questionnaire were determined: parents' view of children's housework content,parents' value of children's housework,parents' view of children's housework influence,parents' view of children's housework reward.To ensure the reliability and accuracy of the formal questionnaire,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Parents believe that children as family members must participate in housework,also can recognize the value of children involved in housework.Further investigation on the current situation of parents' view on children's housework shows that there are the following problems in parents' view on children's housework: weak concept of labor education,thebelief that children's learning activities are more important than housework,and insufficient understanding of children's development level.In the end,this study aims at the existing problems combined with the purpose of research,put forward Suggestions to promote children's housework: parents set up a correct view of children;Parents should attach importance to labor education;Parents should master the knowledge and skills to help children work;Parents should give children the opportunity to do housework;Enhance children's task awareness,reasonable planning of children's housework activities;Participate in the housework together,parents do a good role model for children.
