Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the possible differences in the three-dimensional kinematics and dynamics-related parameters of lower limbs between runners of different genders and the changing characteristics of related parameters at different paces. It provides guidance for the running posture and training of mass runners, and also provides real data for future generations to continue to study the biomechanical characteristics of mass runners. Methods: Through the Internet,98 local running enthusiasts were recruited as subjects in the Nanjing local running group. The Swedish Qualisys Miqus M3three-dimensional motion capture system(8 infrared high-speed camera lenses)and the American Bertec Fully Instrumented Treadmills three-dimensional force measuring treadmill(built-in 2 force plates)are used to simultaneously collect the kinematics and dynamics of the subjects during running data. All subjects were tested at 10 different paces(8'00''?7'30''?7'00''?6'30''?6'00''?5'30''?5'00''?4'30'' ? 4'00'' ? 3'30'').The collected raw data was identified by QTM software provided by Qualisys. The data was processed by Visual3D(C-motion,USA)biomechanical analysis software and Excel 2016.Use SAS JMP14.2 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data.Results:(1)The touchdown time gradually decreases with the acceleration of the pace. The touchdown time of female runners is shorter than that of male runners. The swing time of female runners is shorter than that of male runners. Both the pace and stride show an increasing trend with the acceleration of pace. The pace of female runners is higher than that of male runners, and the pace of male runners is greater than that of female runners.(2)The adduction of the hip joint in the supporting period shows an increasing trend with the acceleration of the pace. The adduction of the hip joint of the female runner is greater than that of the male runner.During the complete gait cycle, the maximum flexion angle of the hip joint gradually increases with the acceleration of the pace. The maximum flexion angle of the hip joint of the female runner is greater than that of the male runner. In the full gait cycle, the male runner's maximum hip extension angle is greater than that of the female runner. The knee flexion angle at the moment of touchdown shows an increasing trend with the acceleration of the pace. The knee flexion angle of the female runner at the moment of touchdown is greater than that of the male runner.Male runners had greater knee cushioning than female runners during the support period. In the complete gait cycle, the maximum knee flexion angle gradually increases with the acceleration of the pace. The maximum knee flexion angle of the female runner is greater than that of the male runner.During the bracing period, the ankle valgus amplitude increases with the acceleration of the pace.In the complete gait cycle, the male athlete's ankle maximum flexion angle is greater than that of the female runner. In the complete gait cycle, the maximum plantar flexion angle of the female runner is greater than that of the male runner.(3)The first peak force gradually increases with the acceleration of thepace. The first peak force of the female runner is greater than that of the male runner. The first peak force loading rate shows an increasing trend with the acceleration of the pace. The first peak force loading rate of female runners is greater than that of male runners.Conclusions:1.The touchdown time is gradually shortened with the acceleration of the pace. The touchdown time of female runner is shorter than that of male runner, which may be related to that female runner's step frequency is faster than male runner.2.The hip adduction of female runners during the running support period is greater than that of male runners. It is suggested that female runners should pay attention to avoid the wrong running posture of excessive adduction of hip joints, and strengthen hip abduction training to strengthen the gluteus medius power. It also reminds the mass runners to pay attention to the risk of injury caused by the increased hip adduction range caused by too much rapid training.3.Female runners have a greater hip flexion angle than male runners, and male runners have a greater hip extension angle than female runners, which suggests that male runners should strengthen the exercise of leg flexibility and hip flexibility, while female runners need to strengthen the exercise of lower limbs.4.Compared with male runners, female runners have a relatively large knee flexion angle at the moment of touchdown. As far as running posture angles are concerned, female runners may be more motivated to lower calf flexion andpressure when they are about to land runner.5.The first peak force and the first peak force loading rate of female runners are greater than that of male runners. This suggests that female runners should pay attention to the problem of insufficient cushioning for running. It is necessary to strengthen the training of running cushioning technology and muscle strength to reduce the impact of landing on the joints.
