The development of education informatization is an important symbol of measuring the development of China's education modernization and an important means to promote the fair development of China's education.Recently,it has basically completed the tasks of the construction stage of education informatization infrastructure because of the country's emphasis on the development of education informatization;and the application of informatization is a key link in the development of educational informatization,and the improvement of the application level of educational informatization has become an important task of the development of educational informatization.Although education informatization can overcome the limitations of time and space to serve for education and teaching,it needs to exist depending on a certain geographical space,so the application of education informatization will also appear uneven in the region.Studying the application level of education informatization and the existing spatial differences have an important role in narrowing the digital divide in education and promoting the development of education modernization.This research builds on the application of education,geography,informatics and other relevant theoretical knowledge,starting from the main body of the student,combined with factor analysis method,key index method,expert consultation method,to construct a five-dimension evaluation index system for the application of informatization of high school education in Yunnan in teaching,management,service,information application effects,and application security.The weight of each index is determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.Secondly,using GIS as a technical means,the application level and spatial pattern of educational informatization are analyzed and visualized by comprehensive evaluation method;using the coefficient of variation method,the degree of spatial difference in the application of educational informatization in various regions is measured to analyze of the imbalance in regional development.Finally,this research analyze the internal factors of its influence with the internal components ofeducational informatization,uses PLS regression method to quantitatively analyze the external factors of its influence.Taking the economy as the reference line,the coordination degree model is used to analyze the coordinated development of the application level of education informatization,summarize the problems in the application of education informatization,and put forward suggestions to promote the application level of education informatization of high schools in Yunnan Province.This study found that:(1)The application level of high school education informatization in Yunnan Province is generally low,and it is in the initial development stage.Among them,the application level of education informatization in border areas and remote areas is relatively low.From a dimensional point of view,the level of management and service application is lower than the effect of teaching and information application and the level of application guarantee.Secondly,the overall application level of education informatization shows a gradual expansion of central Yunnan to surrounding cities and east to west.(2)The overall level of high school education informatization application varies greatly in various regions of Yunnan Province,and the overall application development is uneven.Among them,the level of education informatization application is extremely uneven in Nujiang and Zhaotong.(3)The overall application level of ethnic minority areas is lower than that of non-ethnic minority areas,and the degree of application difference is large.(4)The application level of high school education informatization in Yunnan Province is not only affected by internal factors such as infrastructure,manpower and system,but also by local economic,population,financial intervention,urbanization,geographical environment and other factors.(5)The overall level of coordinated development of the application of high school education informatization in Yunnan Province is good,but the degree of coordinated development is relatively large,especially in Diqing and Nujiang areas.In view of the problems found in the study,this article puts forward suggestions to promote the development of the application of informatization of high school education in Yunnan Province from the perspectives of concepts,policies,and mechanisms.
