Recitation teaching undertakes the important task of consolidating new knowledge,deepening understanding and expanding application.Teaching with textbooks under the guidance of curriculum standards is the basic idea of teaching,and the basic form is to study textbooks and carry out teaching activities based on examples and exercises.There are abundant research results on variable teaching,most of which show that variable teaching has good application value.How to carry out recitation teaching activities to improve teaching performance is the main content of this research.This research adopts action research,literature research and experimental research to solve the following two problems.First,how to carry out the variable teaching of exercise lesson based on the examples and exercises of teaching materials;The second is to compare the differences in teaching results between practice lesson variant teaching and conventional teaching methods based on textbook examples and exercises,and then refine the general methods and basic strategies for practice lesson variant teaching.The results show that the variable teaching method based on the examples and exercises can improve students' academic performance better than the conventional teaching method.Several basic principles should be grasped when developing the variable teaching of recitation:(1)students' metacognitive development level often determines whether the design of phased teaching objectives is scientific and reasonable based on the actual learning situation;(2)guide students to participate in and complete more classroom thinking activities,and the adequacy of thinking activities often affects the effectiveness of teaching activities;(3)the problem design should be adapted to the students' proximal development area;(4)the variant shall be hierarchical and progressive;(5)pay attention to the timing and degree of the variation,and do not change for the change.The basic strategies for developing variable teaching of recitation can be as follows :(1)by selecting typical examples or exercises from textbooks as the motif of variable teaching,integrating students' existingknowledge and experience,and developing gradient variable design of the motif by deepening the difficulty of the problem and replacing the background of the problem;(2)to carry out various methods such as analogical variation,reverse variation,and exploratory variation on specific problems centering on the phased teaching objectives;(3)it is necessary to gradually cultivate students' awareness of variable inquiry,so that they can not only change independently but also carry out cooperative inquiry;(4)pay attention to multiple solutions to one problem and one solution to multiple problems,guide students to experience the occurrence and development of knowledge through scientific evaluation and optimization of classroom generation,build a logical system of knowledge,and develop students' mathematical core accomplishment.It is hoped that this research can provide reference for teachers to carry out teaching research or design and carry out exercises teaching activities.
