Faced with the opportunities and challenges of the current era of knowledge economy,the development and cultivation of creative talents is the top priority of education.Reasonable and scientific grasp of creativity is an important factor in promoting students' creative behavior.To some extent,educators' understanding of creativity is the implicit criterion for evaluating students.To cultivate students' creativity and promote the development of students' creative tendency,we should not only improve teachers' implicit view of creativity,but also attach importance to the creativity of classroom teaching behavior.Therefore,the study of the influence of teachers,students' implicit view of creativity and teachers' teaching behavior on the improvement of students' creativity can provide a cognitive basis for the better development of students' creativity and creative personality,and provide some reference for the improvement and adjustment of teachers' view on the cultivation of students' creativity.Based on the implicit theory of creativity,this paper compiles a reliable and effective self-assessment scale for middle school students' creativity and a teacher's rating scale,and finds out the implicit concept of creativity of middle school students and middle school teachers,as well as the influencing factors,by using the tests and interviews,to provide a basis for the cultivation of creativity.At the interview level,seven students and five teachers from Hunan-Yifurong Middle School in Changsha City were selected by "typical" sampling.The definition,performance and characteristics of creativity of teachers and students were interviewed.At the questionnaire level,570 creativity questionnaires were distributed to the students of Changsha Xiangyi Furong Middle School and Changjun Furong Middle School,360 were evaluated by teachers.After eliminating the invalid questionnaires,566 valid questionnaires were obtained for students and 344 for teachers.The results of interviews and questionnaires show that:(1)self-evaluation and teacher-evaluation of creativity scale for middle school students are of good quality and reliability;(2)self-evaluation and teacher-evaluation of creativity scale for middle school students in Changsha City are at the middle level;(3)there is no significant difference in gender,and there is a significant difference in grade and only child;There are significant differences in gender,grade and teaching age of teachers' creativity.According to the above characteristics and problems,the following suggestions can be put forward: attention should be paid to stimulating students' imagination in class;attention should be paid to providing colorful classroom practice;cooperation with parents to relax practice;good at creating creative problem-solving opportunities for students;timely training of students' creative problem-solving strategies.
