The live broadcast of e-sports events has a very high popularity in China.In 2017,the scale of China's e-sports users reached 250 million,and the market scale exceeded 5 billion.In the context of the Internet+ era,Ali Sports launched the WESG event,which attracted a wide range of events with rich e-sports content,reasonable format,high-quality event services,fair and reasonable event standards and mobile video live broadcast applications.And the audience have become China's high-quality electric competitions with both user value and commercial value.In this context,this paper will conduct an in-depth study on the marketing strategy of WESG live broadcast.Based on PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and Porter's five-force analysis,this paper will analyze the macro environment and micro environment of WESG live broadcast,and discuss the WESG electric competition.The live marketing will explore and analyze the pain points,risks and future of the WESG event,and provide a basis for decision-making in the future of the electric competition.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction.propose the method and main content of the full-text research;the second part is the basic theory.The core concepts of the research are defined,and the basic theories of marketing strategies are summarized,including PEST analysis theory,SWOT analysis theory and Porter's five-force analysis theory,which lays the foundation for later writing.The third part summarizes the problems of WESG live broadcast in the e-sports live broadcast market and the marketing strategy.The fourth part is WESG live broadcast in electronics.The competitive environment analysis of the live broadcast of competitive events mainly explores the macro environment and micro environment,and clarifies the market competition situation of WESG live broadcast.The fifth part develops the marketing strategy and safeguard measures of WESG live broadcast in the e-sports live platform market.Through the research and analysis of this paper,WESG live broadcast in the esports live broadcast market to better compete,put forward appropriate strategies to provide power for the company's development.The full text concludes that the WESG event broadcast has certain market advantages due to the strong capital and technical strength of Ali Sports,but it does not have high visibility and customer adhesion in large-scale electric competitions at home and abroad,and its marketing strategy is certain.Missing.This paper mainly elaborates and expands the brand awareness of the event;attaches importance to word-of-mouth marketing,rational distribution of live broadcast platform;brand long-term planning of live broadcast of WESG events;bundled marketing of multi-pattern industry chain;competitive development under different aspects of marketing strategy Optimization suggestions,I hope to benefit from the marketing and market competition of the live broadcast of the modified event.
