Live broadcast of large-scale sports events is a complex and comprehensive project,which combines the artistic expression of TV and sports,advanced and diverse live broadcast engineering technology and tacit cooperation of live broadcast team.Through the television broadcast of the events,the spectators can have a more comprehensive understanding of the progress of the events,and with the help of explanation and off-site information,the television broadcast conveys richer contents.With the development of domestic sports events,the quality requirements of live broadcast of sports events are increasingly strict,especially the broadcast task of major events,which is a difficult problem for every live broadcast organization.Starting from the thinking of engineering management,this paper decomposes the task of live broadcasting project of large-scale sports events,and analyzes the resource requirements,progress requirements,communication requirements,quality requirements and other contents of live broadcasting of large-scale sports events.And this paper studies the engineering characteristics of live broadcast of events,and objectively reflects the risk response situation and its importance of live broadcast through accident cases.Through copywriting research and expert interviews,this paper systematically summarizes the theories and methods of risk management.At the same time,according to the engineering characteristics of live broadcast of large-scale sports events,appropriate methods and tools are selected for the next risk identification and assessment work.In the process of risk identification,a phased identification method is adopted,and in the process of the first stage identification,an expert investigation method is adopted.Relying on the experience and industry common sense of experts,a comprehensive summary of risk factors has been known,which has strong applicability.However,there is still lack of pertinence in the cases of various sports events.In the process of risk identification in the second stage,taking live broadcast of football matches as a case,the failure modes of the three main subsystems in live broadcast engineering including studio engineering,system engineering and audio-video engineering are analyzed,and the risk identification framework of live broadcast of large-scale sports events is summarized by combining the analysis results of the two stages.In the process of risk assessment,on the basis of risk identification framework,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the risk assessment index system of large-scale sports events television broadcasting project.Through the calculation of weight,the main risk factors are found out,and then the priority risk value is calculated,and the main risk factors of large-scale sports events television broadcasting project are comprehensively evaluated.According to the conclusion of risk identification and assessment,through copywriting investigation and work practice,suggestions are given on countermeasures against personnel risks and engineering technical risks.Among them,with respect to the measures to deal with the engineering technical risks,taking the super bowl football league of China as an example,the specific technical operation specifications are given,which can be used for reference by live broadcasters.After giving the response measures,on the basis of seeking expert advice,the effectiveness of the response measures has analyzed and verified by using scenario analysis method.Finally,this paper hopes to promote the evaluation system of live broadcasting institutions' capabilities in the industry,and from the perspective of live broadcasting project management,evaluation and certification has been carried out according to various management elements of project implementation.Accredited television broadcasters need to have a complete quality management system and risk response mechanism,and accredited television broadcasters should carry out television broadcasting engineering services within the scope of accreditation,so as to effectively supervise and promote the healthy and comprehensive development of television broadcasters.
