The concept of function is an important part of mathematics teaching in senior high school,it has an important position because it's compulsory in the college entrance examination.The concept function of senior high school is abstract to study for the students who just enter the senior high school,and teacher's teaching also has great difficulty.Lot of knowledge in Senior high school is closely related to the funchtion,so learning the concept of function well can help students lay the foundation for the future.In order to help the young teachers to solve the difficulties in the process of the concept of function in senior high school,the author carried out a teaching research about the concept of function and example in senior high school.This study focuses on three issues.First,the mistakes in the process of learning the concept of function and the difficulties in the process of teaching the concept of function.Second,teaching case of the concept of function.Third,research on the teaching about the concept of function examples.This study mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research,interview,teaching case analysis and experiment.Firstly,read a lot of references and relevant books,and made an interview outline and questionnaire according to the data I need to collect.Secondly,conduct the interviews of teachers and students,record their answers,collect data and learn some experience from old teachers.Then,author analyse some examples in the textbook according to the data collected and the survey results of teachers and students,combined with the teacher's experience.In addition,induce the teaching difficulties in the concept of functions and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the cases.Finally,the teaching design of the concept of function in senior high school is formed and used in the teaching practice.Through the study,the author finally draws the following conclusions: First,the examples play an important role in the teaching process.Design examples should follow some principles.The examples should not only have typicality and difficulty,but also consider the interpretation methods.The examples in the teaching books are all good examples.But for different examples,there are different teaching methods.Secondly,the difficulty of the concept of function is mainly reflected in the following aspects.Some students unclear the meaning of symbol of the function and the essence of the concept offunction.At the same time,they have an inadequate understanding of independent variables and dependent variables.Third,the teaching of the concept of function in senior high school has some key point.The teachers and students need to have enough communication in the class.Students should explore the concept by themselves,and teachers should give them some necessary tips.Teachers can use both blackboard-writing and multimedia during the teaching.Teachers should design some good example and make a proper explanation,giving the students necessary time to ponder.The final teaching design is formed according to the research results and teaching practice results,combined with the specific situation of the students in Fuzhou No.3 Middle School and teachers' guidance.
