Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) as the " core teaching knowledge," the study was to look for differences in the different development stages of primary school language teachers pedagogical content knowledge, and to provide suggestions for teachers at different stages of development. The main research question is:Differences teacher pedagogical content knowledge in different stages of development of quality and quantity; cause differences in teachers’ subject knowledge of teaching; How different stages of development based on teachers’pedagogical content knowledge of teachers rich.Firstly, the use of the method of literature PCK to sort out, to understand the situation PCK and existing research results and have been trying to learn the basis of previous research on the content, structure and clear PCK model for lay the foundation for further study. Then Shanghai primary school teachers and key teachers proficient pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) comparative analysis of empirical research methods interviews, case studies, revealing the proficient teachers and expert teachers in terms of pedagogical problems in knowledge development, as a basis for further analysis of the causes and then proposed expert teachers proficient teachers and pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) development strategy to provide expert advice to the proficient teachers and teachers’professional growth.The research shows that there is a proficient teacher the following questions: urgent need to improve the teaching philosophy; does reflection and self-assessment; training mechanisms are inadequate.
