Research On Promotion Strategy Of Gas Volleyball In Colleges In Hainan

With the rapid development of Air Volleyball,it has gradually entered colleges and universities.It not only enriches the classes of college students,but also builds a foundation for students to master a lifelong exercise program with lower difficulty,higher freedom and stronger entertainment,effectively promoting the sustainable development of Air Volleyball in colleges and universities in Hainan province.This study adopts literature review and questionnaire to investigate the status of Air Volleyball in Hainan's colleges and universities.Moreover,SWOT theory and methods are used to analyze the status of Air Volleyball in colleges and universities in Hainan province and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Main conclusions are the followings :(1)students' and teachers' lack of understanding of Air Volleyball,schools' insufficient support,good foundation of teachers but still need to be developed,venues and facilities can be shared but the time arrangement of other projects needs to be well coordinated,and there are fewer air volleyball matches in colleges and cities.(2)Advantages coexist with disadvantages,opportunities coexist with challenges.Air Volleyball's advantages and its derivative value are obvious;it has been gradually accelerated the popularization of Air Volleyball's construction in colleges and universities.However,there are many disadvantages,for example,insufficient awareness and protective measures,outdated rules and lack of overall design.With the enhancement of nationwide body-building awareness,the increase of policy dividends and the gradual maturity of sports events,the joint efforts of Air Volleyball promotion and the scope of participation have been continuously enhanced.The influence of external factors,such as weather and other teaching projects,has caused the Air Volleyball sports atmosphere and insufficient promotion degree.(3)The following strategies can be adopted to promote the prosperity of Air Volleyball in Hainan province: regularly organize Air Volleyball events,make full use of policies to actively guide and publicize,and strengthen the connection between colleges and society.The concept of physical education should be clarified,the content of physical education should be innovated,and the teaching mode should be improved.In brief,it is urgently need to set the popularized organization of Air Volleyball for creating a good sport atmosphere.Meanwhile,the construction of protective measures and theleading role of volleyball teachers also should be caused our attention.
