enough time and interest to participate.Air volleyball can effectively avoid the occurrence of students' unwillingness to participate in the sport caused by the factors such as hard indoor volleyball ball and difficult operation.Meanwhile,air volleyball has an important social demand and social value,which is helpful for students to develop The habit of physical exercise and the consciousness of lifelong sports are of great significance.Based on this,taking the current situation of the development of air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational colleges as the starting point,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment,the opportunities and threats of the external environment of the air volleyball in Weifang Higher Vocational Colleges by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,field investigation and SWOT analysis,and probes into the optimal solutions,and puts forward reasonable solutions Scientific advice.The results show that:1.The popularity of air volleyball in Weifang vocational college students is not high.Physical education teachers and students in Weifang higher vocational college have a good overall that air volleyball is full of interest and worth promoting;in terms of attitude,teachers and students have a positive attitude towards air volleyball The author thinks that the development prospect of air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational college is good.2.According to the basic conditions of developing air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational colleges,most of the full-time air volleyball teachers are lack of teachers,and most of them are volleyball teachers;the situation of air volleyball courses is not optimistic;professional air volleyball venues and equipment resourcesare scarce;most of the students focus on 1-2 hours of extracurricular activities every week,which is conducive to air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational colleges Promotion and popularization in.3.Through the SWOT analysis,it can be concluded that the advantages of developing air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational colleges are its own characteristics and functional values,the relative improvement of infrastructure and hardware facilities,and the universality of group promotion;the disadvantages are the limitations of the understanding of air volleyball,the unhappiness of course offering,the shortage of teachers,the disunity of teaching material assessment standards,and the low strength of event organization;the opportunities are The expansion of vocational education increases the population base,promotes the national strategy,and effectively promotes the construction of campus culture.The threats are insufficient competitiveness,greatly affected by the environment and climate,many changes in competition rules,and insufficient publicity.4.By using the SWOT matrix analysis,it is concluded that there are four corresponding strategies for the development of air volleyball in Vocational Colleges in Weifang,namely,the growth strategy(SO),the twist strategy(WO),the diversification strategy(ST)and the defense strategy(WT).From the long-term perspective of air volleyball,we should give priority to the growth strategy(so),that is,to fully distribute the characteristics and functional value of the air volleyball,expand the population base of the air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational colleges;to adapt to the development of the times and actively respond to the call of the relevant national policies;to play the universality of the air volleyball group,so that more students can participate in it,so as to promote the school Garden culture construction.Based on the SWOT analysis of air volleyball in Weifang higher vocational colleges,the development strategies are put forward: to enhance the students' attention to air volleyball;to optimize the course setting of air volleyball,to implement the
