In order to promote the further development of socialist rule of law education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the new round of basic education curriculum reform focuses on the cultivation of students' legal literacy.Therefore,the study of the path of cultivating students' legal literacy is particularly urgent.As one of the main positions of curriculum reform,high school ideological and political classrooms bear the important task of literacy training;and classroom teaching methods are the key to achieving literacy goals.After theoretical study and teaching practice,the author finds that the high school ideological and political course activity teaching has its characteristics and advantages in better realizing the goal of cultivating students' rule of law.This article takes the basic concept of the new curriculum reform as the guide,focuses on the cultivation of high school students' rule of law,and studies the application of activity teaching in high school ideological and political classes.First of all,the article analyzes the connotation and theoretical basis of activity teaching,the connotation and components of the rule of law literacy and will explore the relationship between the two in depth,and clarify the ideas for this topic.Secondly,this topic combines the characteristics of ideological and political disciplines,activity teaching and rule of law literacy,and follows the logic of "problem-countermeasures-application",and analyzes the main causes of problems in the process of using high school ideological and political courses to cultivate the rule of law.Yes: the deviation of teaching objectives,the overall quality of teachers needs to be improved,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the activity environment is limited.Thirdly,it is necessary to further study the high school ideological and political course activity teaching on the cultivation of the rule of law in the social change trend of the new era,the teaching method in line with the core literacy concept of the new curriculum and the prevention of juvenile delinquency.At the same time,the author provides a strong support for the feasibility of the research from the establishment of the student's subject status,the ideological,practical,comprehensive and diversified activities of the ideological and political discipline,which can be seen in the High school ideological politics.It is necessary and feasible to use the activity teaching method to cultivate students' rule of law.Finally,the author puts forward the basic ideas from the five levels of teaching objectives,curriculum,evaluation mechanism,students and teachers.From the on-site teaching,the author explores the two activities space inside and outside the classroom to provide teachers with specific and scientific.The practice of activities provides a reference for the practice of cultivating students' rule of law literacy goals.
