Individuals will be affected by environment and behavior in the process of growth,especially in primary and secondary schools in the growth stage of your environment and individual differences,so you will also take different ways to deal with interpersonal relationships,there may be campus bullying.Campus bullying in this paper refers to the direct or indirect behavior attack of primary school students,including language attack,physical attack,network attack and so on.In this study,a variety of investigation methods are used to solve the problem of campus bullying.Firstly,the concept characteristics and related theories of campus bullying are systematically studied,and the student representatives of 8 primary schools in Xinyu City are selected as the research object on the basis of theoretical research to systematically understand the overall cognition of campus bullying and the specific forms of campus bullying.This paper analyzes the behavior characteristics and related problems of students in the face of campus bullying,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.The results show that it is not uncommon for students to be bullied on campus,but the performance and degree of bullying are different.Students understanding of campus bullying is not clear,some students think that verbal bullying does not belong to the category of campus bullying;teachers and schools do not pay enough attention to the problem of students bullying on campus,and take less measures;parents cognition of campus bullying is also vague,and most parents think that bullying in primary school campus may mainly be "bullying".The primary and secondary school stage is the key stage of students growth.Once the bullying behavior occurs in the school,especially in the primary school campus,it will not only affect the healthy growth of children,but also cause irreparable losses,such as revenge after enduring bullying for a long time.This shows that the problem of bullying in primary schools should be attached great importance to by society,schools,families and so on.There are many reasons for bullying on campus.This paper expounds the reasons of society,school,family,teachers and students from the point of view of the relevant people.The specific results are as follows: social bad media information plays a negative role in the emergence of students bullying behavior;schools lack the basis for punishment and protection of bullied people;teachers have cognitive bias and lackof correct coping mechanism towards campus bullying;imperfect family structure and improper educational methods are not conducive to students good personality development;primary school students mental immaturity affects the emergence of campus bullying.In the formulation of campus bullying solutions,we should analyze the different reasons of campus bullying behavior,improve the pertinence of the solutions,effectively protect primary school students from physical and mental harm,and create a good campus environment for the healthy growth of primary school students.
