A Study On The Management Of Bullying In High School Campus Of M City

According to incomplete statistics,there are 240 million students worldwide who suffer from campus bullying every year,accounting for almost 20% of primary and secondary school students.There are also many cases of campus bullying in China,which not only cause physical harm to students who have been bullied,but also psychological harm.In severe cases,depression and suicidal thoughts may occur.Based on the above background,it is urgent to effectively prevent and manage campus bullying.This article takes a certain ordinary high school in M city as a specific case,and studies and analyzes the current situation of campus bullying governance through questionnaire surveys,relevant data collection,interviews,and discussions.Through literature review and policy understanding,the concept of "campus bullying" was defined,and the types of current campus bullying behavior were summarized.Through questionnaire surveys and interview surveys,data analysis was conducted to analyze the current situation and existing problems of various governance entities in M city regarding campus bullying governance.Research has found that the M city government collaborates with relevant functional departments such as the Education Bureau and the Public Security Bureau to intervene and jointly govern.However,due to insufficient government leadership and incomplete legal system,poor family education quality and methods,insufficient awareness of social governance,lack of network management,and weak teaching and governance abilities of school teachers,M city is a type II large city in China with good life happiness index and residents’ quality,There are still issues such as low levels of campus bullying governance and inefficient governance methods.Therefore,optimizing the position of the government as the main body of governance,compensating for the lack of family education,constructing a social governance system,and strengthening internal school prevention and control are very important methods to effectively assist in the governance of campus bullying in M city.Based on the theory of public governance,the author suggests that government departments can jointly coordinate and effectively govern,and proposes prevention and control measures to address the problem of campus bullying,in order to find effective solutions to the dilemma of campus bullying governance,To build a harmonious and healthy learning life for students.
