Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Online Teaching In Open University

With the advent of digital and information age,people's demand for education is increasing day by day.As a new teaching mode,online teaching in National Open University is an important means to promote the modernization of education and meet the growing demand of lifelong learning.In recent years,open universities in China have made great progress,but there are still some problems.Among many problems,the decline of online teaching quality has become the core problem that affects the development of Open University.The author takes Chengde radio and Television University as an example,on the basis of investigation and statistical analysis,summarizes the main problems existing in the online teaching of Chengde radio and Television University,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and further puts forward relevant improvement strategies:(1)improve the teaching ability of teachers,including strengthening the online teaching skills training of teachers Training and improving teachers' scientific research and innovation ability(2)improving teaching quality management,including strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of teachers' teaching process,strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of students' learning activities,building and improving the teaching quality evaluation system(3)optimizing online teaching design,including improving the module layout of learning network,developing various online teaching strategies,and strengthening the construction of online teaching resources Set up and improve online teaching support level.
