In recent years,with the special attention and strong support of education departments in the country and the autonomous region,the mathematics education of ethnic minorities in xinjiang has been rapidly developed and further improved.From 2017,the education department of the state and autonomous region will vigorously promote and popularize the language teaching of the national common language,and the teaching work of the general language of ethnic minority countries in xinjiang is also full of challenges.We also see that the mathematics education of ethnic minorities in xinjiang has encountered different levels of problems in different regions and ethnic groups.Minority elementary school mathematics teaching also met with some new challenges,then a series of problems,especially in the rural areas of ethnic minorities in the mathematics teaching,the teachers and students the problems stand out.For example,the combination of mathematical theory and comprehensive practice,and the training between language and thinking mode have not been well solved.Even in the practical teaching,many teachers because teaching concept to grasp,to solve the problem of teaching to grasp the substance,the elementary school mathematics problem solving teaching circuitous faltering,never reach the better teaching effect.Fortunately,this has attracted the attention of education departments and teachers.To ensure the quality of ethnic minority education of mathematics,to improve the xinjiang uygur students' ability to analyze and solve problems,the inventory of the elementary school mathematics education gain and loss,combing the problems in the elementary school mathematics problem solving teaching,try to overcome obstacles in solving problems between teachers and students,classified and analyzed the factors affecting problem-solving teaching has important practical significance.Himself as a township in shanshan county,xinjiang uygur autonomous region monarch exhibition kurgan school mathematics teachers,through personal teaching experience,their familiar with the present situation of mathematics teaching to focus on observation and analysis of our peers Uighur students and teachers in mathematical problem solving a series of problems in the teaching process,will take the full period of uygur students in mathematical problem solving the difficulties encountered in the process of and the problems as a starting point,through the study of grass-roots level,combined with the present status of the xinjiang uygur pupils mathematic problem solving teaching,comb problem,analysis the reason,it is concluded that the following teaching strategies: first,efforts to improve the level of the national language of students and teachers,reading comprehension,the transforming ability of language.Second,in classroom teaching,teachers should attach importance to the creation of problem situations and stimulate students' interest in learning.Third,guide students to explore independently,cooperate and communicate,and advocate the diversification of algorithms.Fourth,do a good job for parents and raise their awareness of the national language and mathematics learning.
