Research On The Synergistic Development Of Emerging Engineering Education And Local Industrial Economy

Emerging engineering education is closely linked to the development of local industrial economy.In the new economic era,the development of local industrial economy needs the support of new engineering and scientific talents,emerging engineering education needs to be oriented to the needs of local industrial economic development.Therefore,the coordinated development of emerging engineering education and local industrial economy has become an important issue to be studied urgently.This research is based on the Synergetics,and comprehensively uses literature research methods,text analysis methods,case studies,and other research methods.,to expounds the relationship between the emerging engineering education and the development of local industrial economy,systematically analyzes the current situation of emerging engineering education and industrial economic development in Hubei Province.We found that the emerging engineering education is out of balance with the development of industrial economy in terms of development scale,specialty structure and quality,and explained it from the government level,university level and the enterprise level.Finally,this study,based on the elements of the synergistic system,analyzed the goals,principles and subjects of their synergetic development,and proposed the path of synergetic development between emerging engineering education and industrial economy in Hubei Province.From the perspective of Synergetics,the coordinated development of emerging engineering education and industrial economy in Hubei provinces should aim at promoting regional economic development and social progress,enhancing regional competitiveness,thereby serving the country's major strategic development needs and enhancing overall national strength,and follow to the principles of adaptability and forward-looking,regionalism and openness,stability and flexibility.On this basis,we can promote the synergistic development along the following three paths:Firstly,the government,universities and enterprises cooperate with each other to improve the overall efficiency of the emerging engineering education.Government strengthens macro-control and optimize the synergetic environment,universities coordinate the resources of the whole school and break down the obstacles of the system,enterprises give full play to the role of the industry and deepen the integration of industry and education.Secondly,emerging engineering education pays attention to the training quality of engineering science and technology talents to strengthen the adaptability to the need of industrial economic development,establish the idea of integrating Human-Science-Technology-Engineering-Society for Talents Training,formulate diversified talent training goals of "innovative + composite + practical" and construct a talent training model that combines “learning”,“surgery” and “human”.Third,it is necessary to spontaneously form an orderly structure within the emerging engineering education system,and promote the emergence of synergetic self-organization to realize the self-development of emerging engineering education.It needs to actively adapt to industrial needs and promote the emerging engineering education,accelerate the reform of the curriculum system and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional professions,break the professional barriers of disciplines and promoting the cross-integration of related disciplines.
