“Job Analysis” is a very necessary and important management method and process for any organization.It provides comprehensive and relevant information through systematic and comprehensive intelligence gathering means to organize improvement and improve management efficiency.As an academic and cultural organization,China's universities have diverse functions and complex post structures.The job analysis of university teachers is helpful to both the management department and the teachers to clearly define the qualifications,work contents,positions,powers and obligations of the positions.For which,clear development ideas,streamline organizational structure and redundant staff,optimize resource allocation,improve work efficiency,and lay a solid foundation for further improving the efficiency of human resources management in China's universities and achieving the goal of “double first-class” construction.However,whether in theory or in practice,there is relatively little research on what is meant by "the job analysis of university teachers in China" and how to carry out effectively job analysis of university teachers in China.On the one hand,it reflects the lack of attention of educational researchers on the job analysis of university teachers in China.On the other hand,it also reflects the lack of scientific management awareness in the relative field of higher education in China.Based on the theory of system theory and organizational efficiency theory,this thesis systematically analyzes the status quo,existing problems and causes of problems in the development of human resources management in China's universities by using literature research methods,expert interviews and case analysis methods.At the macro,meso and micro levels,the basic aspects of human resource management in universities—the analysis of teachers' job work are deeply studied.It is divided into five subsystems: target resource system,process system,capability system,power system and cultural system,and establishes a model to systematically study the causal correlation between teacher job analysis and improving organizational effectiveness.At the same time,based on the analysis of the methods,processes,contents and shared values of university teachers' job in China,this paper explores the factors and development problems that affect the job analysis of universities in China,and combines the experience of world-class university teachers' job analysis to propose the strategic development,practice improvement,policy adjustment strategies of job analysis and some suggestions about the post of university teachers in China for improving the organizational management effectiveness of Chinese universities.
