A School-based Research On The Student Analysis Model Of Senior High School Mathematics Teachers Before Class

With the gradual deepening of the curriculum reform,teachers pay more attention to the students,the teaching should take the students as the center,give full play to the initiative of the students.This requires teachers to do a good job of student analysis,strengthen the pertinence of teaching design,improve students' learning quality.Therefore,the study of the students' analysis of high school mathematics teachers before class,is a very meaningful thing.On the basis of literature research,combined with my teaching experience,make a survey and interview on the students' analysis of high school mathematics teachers before class,and based on the survey results,try to establish a students' analysis model before class of high school mathematics teacher.Investigation shows:Firstly,most of high school mathematics teachers attention students' analysis before class,it is believed that the analysis of the students before class is helpful for the teachers to design the teaching plan suitable for the students,is beneficial to the effective teaching,to meet the different needs of different students;Secondly,the teacher before class student analysis method is mainly the conversation method,the empirical analysis method,the student question method and so on.Teachers use these methods to obtain the student situation,although there are some guidance on teaching,but failed to reflect the real situation of the students,how to analyze accurately based on the understanding of the students in the experience of the teachers,it is a difficult problem;Thirdly,the results of the analysis of the students before the teacher,not well used in teaching,teaching to students as the center there is still a big gap.Based on the above understanding,this paper puts forward the analysis model of the students before class,including the theoretical basis,the basic content,the main method(ways),the basic principles and so on.The theoretical basis includes psychology theory,mathematics teaching theory and instructional design theory.The basic contents and methods are:the fist is the analysis of knowledge and skills,the main methods of analysis method of concept map method,preview before class card,interview questionnaire and skill antecedent condition analysis;the second is the analysis of learning attitude,the main methods of observation,conversation or attitude scale;the third is the analysis of learning style,there are talk,work analysis,observation of the students in the classroom performance approach and a test table for diagnostic learning styles;the fourth is the analysis of the learning motivation,the main methods of interview,observation,measurement and investigation etc..The basic principles include the overall grasp of students,more attention should be paid to the difference;the analysis of students' acceptability of attention;accurate analysis of the students,pay attention to the process of analysis;moderate students,attention ability.This model has the following characteristics: the content of the analysis of classroom teaching needs,taking into account the overall;the analysis method is mainly based on empirical analysis,taking into account the professional test;there are guiding questions to help teachers in-depth analysis.Practice results show that the use of this model can better reflect the real situation of students,improve the pertinence of teaching design,and improve the efficiency of listening.Practice results also show that the teacher makes use of the model but also pay attention to the following problems: focus on the analysis of knowledge and skills at the same time,also want to pay attention to the analysis of students' attitude,learning style and learning motivation for students;methods of analysis,based on the experience in the analysis of teachers,take the test scale,method of questionnaire survey and more professional the analysis makes the students closer to the students' actual learning situation;analysis of the students before class the basic principles in the model under the guidance of the learning situation analysis of students will be more scientific and more practical.
