Self-confidence is a relatively stable personality characteristic of positive cognition and evaluation of one's own ability and value.Self-confidence is the cornerstone of students' success and an essential psychological quality.Du Langkou middle school classroom reform for more than 20 years,to cultivate students self-confidence of healthy personality as the school concept,has achieved remarkable results.This study first used the method of questionnaire survey to track the students of grade 2017 Dulangkou Middle School and the students of contrast school L Middle School for three years,and found that although the total score of self-confidence of students in Dulangkou Middle School fluctuated,it was generally on the rise and reversed the l Middle School.Secondly,the author uses the rooted theory path in the qualitative research method,carries on the data collection,carries on the classification,the questioning and the memorandum work unceasingly.I always maintain an open attitude,constantly supplement new information,theoretical sampling.By using artificial coding and Nvivo11.Chinese version of qualitative data analysis software to assist coding and extraction of concepts,constantly analyze the relationship between concepts and genera,and analyze the attributes and dimensions of genera one by one,at the same time,through continuous comparative methods to constantly explore and excavate the core genera,so as to construct the theoretical model of classroom teaching to cultivate students' self-confidence,and explore in detail the process of cultivating students' self-confidence in classroom teaching in Durankou Middle School.The theoretical explanation is: “the idea of cultivating self-confidence in the school,the classroom atmosphere of 'participation without mistakes',the teacher's classroom teaching behavior,the positive display in the students' classroom,and the good interpersonal relationship in the classroom.These factors work together to develop and improve students' confidence.”This paper deeply analyzes the process of cultivating students' self-confidence in classroom teaching in Dulangkou Middle School through taking root in the theoretical path,which is a theoretical summary and innovation based on the practical experience of teaching,and provides some reference for cultivating students' self-confidence in practice.
