As a group teaching,kindergarten physical education activity is a education activity with purpose,plan and organization.It is one of the basic contents of the healthy education activity of kindergarten,and one of the basic ways to realize the task of children's physical education.It complements outdoor activities and sports games,and promoted the variety and effectiveness of education activities.At present,the research on male teachers in kindergarten is more in the aspects of male teacher's phenomenon,development and management.There are few researches on male teachers' teaching,and also few researches on the comparative perspective of male and female teachers in kindergartens.This paper focuses on the present situation of physical education activities in kindergartens,take the activities of eight teachers,discusses the differences between experienced male teachers and experienced female teachers,beginner male teacher and beginner female teacher,experienced teachers and beginner teachers by means of interviews and observation.Based on this,this paper summarizes their advantages and disadvantages and puts forward some suggestions.Research conclusion:1.In the teaching design,teachers of different genders have different emphases and expressions on the activity objectives.Male teachers attach more importance to knowledge goals and integrate early childhood development into them,focusing on how to challenge young children and promote their development to a higher level.While paying attention to children's development,female teachers attach more importance to emotional goals,pay attention to children's interest in participating in activities and the cultivation and persistence of activity rules,so as to ensure children's safety in activities.2.In the design of teachers 'content,male teachers pay more attention to the innovation of basic actions themselves,and female teachers pay more attention to the interesting innovation of activity materials.3.In the course of the activity,both male and female teachers pay great attention to the use of observation strategies,but the focus of observation is different.Male teachers pay more attention to observing the development of large muscles in young children,and sometimes they ignore details.Female teachers will emphasize the standards of small muscles and emphasize details.4.In the adjustment of the amount of children's activities,the experienced teachers are more suitable than the novice teachers;Young children are more active in the educational activities of new male teachers than new female teachers.5.In the evaluation process,experienced male and female teachers pay more attention to praise and encouragement,female teachers are more verbal,and male teachers 'praise on physical behavior encourages more.
