The primary and secondary education is the foundation of our school education, the development of primary and secondary education for enhancing China’s overall level of education, and maintain national prosperity and stable development of great significance. Many regions due to national financial education funding and inadequate investment in education resources, resulting in public elementary and secondary education can not meet the needs of society. With the recent socio-economic and cultural development, people’s demand for primary and secondary education toward high-quality, feature-oriented direction.In this context, the rapid development of private primary and secondary education began.
