Teachers' sense of teaching efficacy is a kind of perception and belief that teachers can achieve their teaching objectives and complete their teaching work in their own teaching work.It is an important index to measure the state and ability of teachers' teaching work.The research of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy pays more attention to the particularity of primary school Chinese subject and primary school Chinese teachers group.In the research of teachers' teaching efficacy,combined with the characteristics of primary school Chinese subject,explore the particularity of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy.The research on the strategies of improving the primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy will help to guide people to pay more attention to the primary school Chinese teachers,enhance the enthusiasm of the Chinese teachers,and devote themselves to the teaching work in a better state;improve the sense of professional achievement of the Chinese teachers;and enrich the development path of excellent Chinese teachers.In the four chapters,the first is to explore the value and significance of the research,as well as the definition of the core concepts,summarizes the main research content and main research methods adopted in this paper,and makes a literature review of the current research on this topic at home and abroad to clarify the current research status.The second chapter,starting from the related concepts of teachers' teaching efficacy,analyzes the components,basic functions,development requirements,characteristics and influencing factors of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy,and determines that this paper will discuss from three levels of teachers,schools and society,combining the diversity of primary school Chinese teachers' subject identity and the particularity of their growth stage.The third chapter,according to the investigation of the development of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy,analyzes the current situation of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy and the reasons for this situation.According to the survey results,the current situation of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy is mainly manifested in four aspects: lack of general education efficacy consciousness,unclear personal cognitive development orientation,strong sense of job burnout,lack of teaching motivation,etc.The reasons for this situation can be attributed to teachers' own factors,that is,the influence of teachers' own professional ability,professional knowledge and professional belief;school factors,that is,school work arrangement,teaching resource allocation,school cognitive positioning and other aspects;social factors,that is,teachers' location,evaluation system,social resources and so on.The fourth chapter,according to the above analysis of the current situation and reasons of the development of primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy,analyzes the ideas and strategies of improving primary school Chinese teachers' teaching efficacy from three aspects: teachers themselves,school level and social level.It mainly uses the strategies of professional ability enhancement,comprehensive quality incentive,Chinese teaching attribution,teaching promotion,education research,psychological capital construction,implicit image incentive,etc.to improve the teaching efficacy of primary school Chinese teachers from teachers themselves,schools and society.Conclusion part: summarize the full text,reflect on the lack of future research direction and focus.
