With the increasing attention of regional activities from the kindergartens,the leader roles of games should be returned to young children.The spontaneous "real games" managed by children are promoted,rather than the "fake games" leaded by teachers.Regional activities are defined as an indispensable part of the kindergarten game curriculum,which is of great significance for children.In this study,the current situations of regional activities of the class X in Sichuan's L kindergarten are investigated,which is used as the research object.From the perspective of the regional activity environment,class X has a small amount of space and materials;From the perspective of class X activity arrangement,the time schedule is unreasonable and teachers' understanding is biased about the regional activities;From the perspective of the relationship between teachers and children,teachers are the authority to manage the regional rules so that the interactional effects between teachers and children are not good.Based on these for-mentioned problems,three stages of action research have been applied to improve Class X regional activities.The first stage of action: The autonomous game.The actions mainly contain study of theoretical knowledge about regional activities,promoting the value of regional activities by means of home communication,daily life including regional activities,and letting go of games to change the role of teachers.The establishment of trusting teacher-child relationship and a routine regional activity for one day life have been achieved.The second stage of action: Adjusting the environment.The actions mainly contain change the spatial layout of the activity area,make use of the multiple values of the wall,enrich the materials of the activity area with various forces,and mark the materials in a way that children understand.The results achieved are that the adjustment of the regional space is more conducive to children's games.Parents have become backup forces provided by activity materials,which has developed children's initiative.The third stage of action: In-depth interaction.The actions mainly contain regional activities use the "plan-work-review" process,teachers grasp the specific development of children through observation and recording,and guide children to learn how to resolve conflicts.The results achieved are that cultivate the thinking model of children's active learning,teachers include observation records in routine work,and children can actively resolve conflicts in peer interactions.Then summarize research changes from class X,children,teachers,parents,kindergarten.Regional activities have become a day-to-day routine,the space environment is more open and autonomous,and children's emotions have changed from negative to positive,and their actions have changed from passive to active.Teachers have changed their roles with practical actions,from leaders who stand in front of children.Become a helper behind children,parents become supporters of regional activities,kindergartens gradually attach importance to the value of games for children.Finally,summarize action research.First,teachers gain professional growth in action research;Second,opening regional environment is the guarantee of children's autonomous play;Third,accurate role positioning is the key to teacher-child interaction;Fourth,observations and analyses are important ways to understand and support young children.After reflection,the research also has shortcomings.Teachers have limited professional knowledge and abilities,insufficient understanding of the value of regional games in children's development,insufficient understanding of children's learning styles and development characteristics,insufficient ability to integrate theory with practice,and lack of quantitative detection,which is greatly affected by subjective factors.Through three rounds of action research,analyze the deficiencies of the research and think about the last round of research.In the future,we can start from how activity materials can meet the needs of children's development.
