| Based on the dynamic monitoring data of China's floating population in2017,this paper makes a statistical analysis and description of the current situation,education level and employment of floating population in the three provinces of northeast China in the form of cross list.In the analysis of the characteristics of the education level and employment quality of the floating population in northeast China,this paper first introduces the characteristics of the floating population,and concludes that the natural structure characteristics of the floating population in this region are slightly more male than female,mainly young and middle-aged;The characteristics of urban and rural structure show that the number of rural floating population is higher than that of urban.Secondly,it analyzes the education level of floating population in this area,and draws a conclusion that the proportion of middle and high school population is relatively high.Finally,in terms of monthly income in this region,the reason for population mobility is mostly work,with the purpose of obtaining higher economic benefits.The monthly income is mainly distributed within the range of 2001-5000 yuan.On the basis of the above descriptive analysis,this paper selects several indicators such as the education level and wage level of the floating population to study,and conducts a regression analysis of the income situation affecting the floating population in northeast China.The level of income is measured in terms of wages.Then,when analyzing the relationship between the education level of floating population and income,it is found that although the average education level of the three provinces innortheast China is not high on the whole,the education level still has a significant impact on income,that is,with the improvement of education level,the income of floating population in this region also increases.Finally,combined with theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:(1)Aim for a steady and scientific rise in the minimum wage;(2)vigorously promote employment assistance and personnel training;(3)Improve relevant supporting measures to attract high-quality talents;(4)reform the income distribution system and improve the pattern of income distribution. |
