2019 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships Chinese And Foreign Team Events Comparative Study Of Exchange Difficulty

Artistic gymnastics collective project is our country's traditional superiority project,in the collective project the most representative is the exchange difficulty movement in the complete set of movements,the exchange difficulty movement is not only to distinguish the artistic gymnastics individual and the collective project two important demarcation point,is also the artistic gymnastics collective project essence compels.The World Championships of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Baku,Azerbaijan,on 16 September 2019 is an important international competition as the qualification for the rhythmic Gymnastics competition of the 2020 Summer Olympic Games.According to international gymnastics scoring rules of art,this study with2019 artistic gymnastics world championships collective project single eight teams before the final set of action as the analysis object,using literature method,observation method,interview method and mathematical statistics,the difficulty of the exchange of Chinese and foreign artistic gymnastics collective project,this paper compares and analyzes difficulty for our country and the world's top teams in the exchange value,plus,complete quality,as well as the advantages and disadvantages,to promote our country artistic gymnastics collective project interchange and difficult to further improve the overall level,To promote the rapid and better development of China's rhythmic gymnastics collective project provides theoretical reference and practical basis for training.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research:(1)Exchange difficulty has always been the most important component of rhythmic gymnastics collective events,and it has also been the focus of previous scoring rules innovation.The number of exchange difficulty always accounts for half or more of the total number of collective projects,the types of exchange difficulty bonus points are becoming more diversified,and the exchange difficulty is developing towards the direction of high difficulty,high innovation and artistry.(2)The number and diversity of additional points of exchange difficulty are the main factors that determine the value of the choreography.At present,the throw and catch with a distance of 6 meters,hands-free and combined with physical difficulty are dominant in the exchange difficulty bonus factors.The effective completion of each additional score factor is the main factor affecting the effective score of exchange difficulty,and it is also one of the factors affecting the final score.(3)The completion quality of exchange difficulty is the main factor affecting sports performance,and the physical quality and technical level of athletes determine the completion quality of exchange difficulty.Compared with the world's high level teams,there is a certain gap in the completion quality of the exchange difficulty of rhythmic gymnastics collective events in China.The most important factor that affects the quality of the exchange difficulty is the movement of the device.Hands-free and out-of-sight connections were the most common turnovers in the exchange.(4)Among the top eight teams in the World Championship,the arrangement value of exchange difficulty is at the lowest level,which is a certain gap with the world's high-level teams;The main reason is that there is a lack of balance in the use types of exchange difficulty in China.The number of factors combined with each bonus point is significantly less than that of the world's top teams.The most important difference is mainly reflected in the two bonus points,namely the low pose throw and the hands-free throw.(5)The selection of exchange difficulty combined with body difficulty mainly focuses on leg suction balance and antelope jump,etc.In China,the selection of exchange difficulty combined with body difficulty is relatively simple,not rich enough,and the visual appreciation is weak.
