<The Chinese curriculum standard for compulsory education states>: "Teachers should study the teaching materials carefully,correctly understand and grasp the contents of the teaching materials,and use the teaching materials creatively;actively develop and rationally utilize the curriculum resources,flexibly apply various teaching strategies and modern education technology,and try to explore new teaching methods under the network environment;carefully design and organize teaching activities,attach importance to heuristic and discussion teaching,enlighten students' wisdom and improve the quality of Chinese teaching." In the teaching of reading,teachers should focus on the primary curriculum standards unified reading teaching objectives and requirements,combine the content of the textbook and the student profile,organize the teaching process of reading at each stage.For example,teachers can provide students with some necessary reading background information and pay attention to the students' knowledge preparation before learning,and provide some extra-curricular text information during the reading teaching,help students to understand the text;finally,after the reading teaching,also guide students through the relevant extra-curricular text materials to enhance student' deeper understanding of the text.However,the current use of extra-curricular text materials there are still many deficiencies,and even abuse of the situation,making the classroom without focus and difficulties.Therefore,the use of extra-curricular text materials in primary school Chinese reading teaching and teaching design seems to have more significance.In this paper,the author first through the literature method,summarized and analyzed the prospect of the extra-curricular text materials which using in the teaching of Chinese in primary school;Then the author finds out the problems existing in the use of extra-curricular text materials in the teaching of Chinese reading in primary schools,and summarizes the reasonable strategies of using extra-curricular text materials in the teaching of Chinese reading in primary schools.Finally,the results of the study are presented with concrete teaching cases,to show how to use different extra-curricular text materials in the classroom of primary Chinese readingteaching,realize the combination of theory and practice.Through the above study on the present situation of the use of extra-curricular text materials in the teaching of Chinese narrative reading in primary schools,we hope to improve primary school front-line Chinese teachers' understanding of extra-curricular text materials and enhance their ability to use extra-curricular text materials,it provides some references for the educators to use the extra-curricular text materials reasonably in the primary school Chinese reading teaching.
