The problem of migrant children is the same as the problem of left-behind children.It has become one of the social problems to be solved urgently in our country.Among them,how to solve the education problem of migrant children(especially in the stage of compulsory education)has become very urgent.China began to implement the household registration system policy in 1965,dividing China into a dual structure of urban and rural areas.In terms of household registration,it divided the population into two types: agricultural population and non-agricultural population,which is what we now call rural registration.And urban hukou.However,with the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of productivity,the urbanization process is also advancing,and the original household registration system has been unable to continue to meet China's development needs,so the party at the 18 th National Congress and the 18 th Third Plenary Session It is proposed to accelerate the reform of the household registration system,and to adjust and improve the hukou migration policy to promote the orderly realization of resident population capable of stable employment and living in urban areas.The main task is to solve the problem of settlement of agricultural transfer population who have been transferred to urban employment.Improve the urbanization level of the registered population,and steadily promote the full coverage of the urban permanent public service permanent population.Driven by the policy,many problems caused by the household registration system have been resolved and improved,but so far there are still many children of migrant families facing the problem of unavailability due to the influence of the household registration system,that is to say,At present,to a certain extent,the current urban-rural dual structure in China has not completely eliminated this institutional barrier.Due to household registration and other issues,there are still many problems for migrant children to receive education in the places where they flow,especially in terms of further education in other places.The effect of solving the problem is still not ideal.This article is based on the migrant children who arestudying in the private children's schools in the inflowing area.Taking the KP school in Kunming as an example,the reasons for the educational problems of migrant children are analyzed from several aspects such as school,family,and society.Countermeasures and suggestions.In terms of research methods,it mainly used questionnaires,interviews,and observations to conduct surveys,obtained relevant data from it,and compiled and analyzed the collected education on migrant children in KP schools through relevant quantitative and qualitative research.Information about the problem.In this study,213 questionnaires were distributed to all students in grades 3 to 6 in KP schools.200 questionnaires were retrieved,including 181 valid questionnaires,and interviews were conducted with teachers of KP schools and some parents of migrant children.The introductory part mainly introduces the reasons for selecting the topic of this research,the basic concepts,research methods,theories used and the domestic and foreign research on the education of floating children.The first chapter summarizes the basic situation of the KP school from the aspects of the school's geographical location and hardware facilities,teachers' strength,and the gender distribution,student source,and family situation of the students in the school.The second chapter,after sorting out and analyzing the collected data,mainly elaborates the performance of the main problems of migrant children in school education,family education and social education.The third chapter analyzes the reasons why the floating children in KP schools will have educational problems in three aspects: school,family and society.For example,school education is mainly due to the high mobility of students,insufficient school funding,and deviations in educational purposes;In family education,it is restricted by family economic conditions and parents' own culture;in social education,it is due to cultural exclusion and economic exclusion.Chapter four proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for solving the educational problems of migrant children from three levels: school education,family education and social education.
