Research On The Influence Of Financial Education Expenditure On Human Capital In China

With the modernization of education,education has trained a large number of talents for China's economic and social development,and financial education expenditure provides financial guarantee for educational activities.However,at present,the growth speed of the scale of fiscal education expenditure and the three-level education structure still do not match the increase of human capital stock,which makes the growth speed of human capital stock relatively slow.Education is the most important way to form human capital.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,fiscal education expenditure plays a fundamental role in education,and education plays a direct role in promoting the increase of human capital stock.Under the above background,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influence of financial education expenditure on human capital.This paper use the literature research and qualitative analysis,combing the about spending on education and human capital related literature at home and abroad,sort out the early human capital theory,the concept of fiscal expenditure on education and human capital stock analysis and qualitative analysis,illustrates the structure of fiscal education expenditure and influencing mechanism of human capital stock;Secondly,using the quantitative analysis method,is described from two aspects,one is size and structure of fiscal expenditure on education in our country,it is concluded that China's tertiary education fiscal education expenditure allocation is not reasonable,the three areas of fiscal expenditure on education problem of the imbalance of distribution,from the national and provincial level described over the years,in line with the actual conditions of our country human capital stock;Finally,the empirical test shows that fiscal education expenditure has a great promotion effect on the increase of human capital stock.Among the three input factors that affect human capital stock,the contribution share of fiscal education input to human capital stock is the highest.The elasticity of fiscal education expenditure on human capital stock is positive,and it promotes the human capital stock.Through the description and demonstration of the current situation of financial education expenditure and human capital stock in China,the main Suggestions are put forward as follows: first,expand the scale of financial education expenditure and optimize the structure of financial education expenditure;Second,to promote the diversification of the main body of the school,broaden the channels of raising funds for education;Third,strengthen the management of financial education funds and improve their efficiency;Fourth,strengthen the concept of human capital investment to speed up the growth of human capital stock.
