A Study On The Development Status And Strategies Of Advantageous Projects Of Comp Etitive Sports In Yunnan Province Based On The Concept Of “One State(City),One Advantageous Project”

The strategic deployment of the competitive sports advantageous projects of the “One State(City),One Advantageous Project” in Yunnan Province is there construction of the layout of competitive sports development in Yunnan Province in the new era,and also the path transformation of optimizing resources.The project layout of the “One State(City),One Advantageous Project” is based on the perspective of the characteristics and advantages of their own sports to make good use of the advantages and avoid the disadvantages.It is based on their own advantages to develop competitive sports that are in line with their characteristics.Since the strategy development of the “One State(City),One Advantageous Project” was put forward,all the local governments listed in the advantageous sport project have closely allied with provincial government around the theme,strengthened the supervision and training of the units to implement all aspects of the work,and formed a good interaction with the provincial government.The training units in each state(city)also attach great importance to the talent training of the “One State(City),One Advantageous Project” program.This paper mainly adopts the methods of the literature review,expert interviews,field research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Taking Qujing City Walking Race and Yuxi City Gymnastics projects as the research objects,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the two training units.And the research results are as follows.1.By sorting out the development history of competitive sports in Yunnan Province and the statistical analysis of the achievements of various items in previous Olympic Games,Asian Games and National Games,the author got the distribution of the advantageous items in Yunnan Province,and knew what specific items they are and the characteristics of the advantageous projects in Yunnan Province.Combining the achievements of Walking Race and Gymnastics in previous Olympic Games,Asian Games and National Games,finally,it is concluded that the Walking Race and Gymnastics projects have been the traditional advantageous projects in Yunnan Province.2.There are some common problems in Qujing City Walking Race and Yuxi City Gymnastics training units,such as insufficient funding of local government,narrow source of students and serious barriers of talent selection,inadequate facilities for venues,lack of coaches and outdated training concepts,lack of investment in scientific research and medical services,single selection method of athletes,parents' worries about contradictions between learning and training and the low support rate of them,and the insufficient connection of reserve talent pool.3.The two training units,Qujing City Race Walking and Yuxi City Gymnastics,should choose the following strategies to deal with the above problems,such as strengthening the proportion of local government funding,expanding the enrollment,breaking the limits of enrollment barriers,improving venue facilities,improving the treatment of coaches and attracting excellent coaches,introducing scientific research service and improving medical service,strengthening the way of selecting athletes and promoting the scientific selection of athletes,reversing the parents' ideological concepts and eliminating their worries,and strengthening the training and connection of reserve talents pool.Based on the above analysis and results,the common practical problems existing in the two training units and the corresponding coping strategies,the paper attempts to provide some valuable reference for all the competitive advantages of the “One State(City),One Advantageous Project” in the future talent training.In the present study,some effective development countermeasures for Qujing Walking Race and Yuxi Gymnastics were put forward,aiming at providing some reference in the process of training talents,exploring and improving the training system to pave the way for the next development and reform of advantageous projects,accumulating advantageous competitiveness constantly,making the walking race,gymnastics and other advantageous projects in the advantageous competitive sports projects in Yunnan Province consolidate and strengthen,and making the advantageous competitive sports in Yunnan Province take off again.
