"Mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education"(2011 edition)mentioned that students should not rely on rote memorization to master mathematics knowledge,but should be based on understanding.Decimal division operation is an important part of the four arithmetic operations in primary school mathematics,and it is also generally considered difficult by pupils.Students' understanding of division operation restricts the learning effect of students' division knowledge to a certain extent.In the real teaching,teachers tend to pay more attention to students' computation is correct or not,mechanically,a professor of mathematics knowledge,students are just rote learning algorithm,blindly lead to knowledge is not solid,this requires the teacher must based on the student's understanding level to adopt effective teaching,help students to achieve a higher level of understanding.The significance of this research from several division,calculate test in two aspects of principle and algorithm design,selection of measured object,issue and recovery test paper,and based on the understanding of the representation transformation model and type of the hierarchical model,combined with the students,the teacher interviews,teacher's classroom teaching and the analysis of the teaching material,in the collected data for quantitative and qualitative analysis.It is found that elementary school students have a lower understanding of decimal division.In terms of the division of decimals,most of the students' understanding level is to be able to flexibly convert the oral language representation into the written symbolic representation;In the understanding of decimal division operation,most students can only calculate correctly and reach the level of program understanding.Problems in students' understanding of division of decimals include :(1)poor ability to describe the meaning of division of decimals in language;(2)wrong understanding of division operation,thinking that division is a smalleroperation;(3)they can only use the method of column vertical to calculate decimal division mechanically,but they can't give a reasonable explanation to the result.The factors that affect students' understanding of decimal division mainly include :(1)students' thinking level;(2)teachers' classroom teaching;(3)the presentation of teaching materials and the requirements of standards.Based on the students' understanding level and its influencing factors,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions on the teaching content of decimal division.(2)in the process of knowledge transfer,pay attention to the difference between integer division and decimal division;(3)in combination with different versions of the textbook,a variety of representation methods and problem-solving ideas are used to explain the decimal division method.
