In recent years,the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school has been a focus of all walks of life.The link-up education between kindergarten and primary school has a direct effect on the adaptation and further development of students after entering the primary school from the kindergarten,as well as the improvement of subject teaching quality during the compulsory teaching stage.The education between kindergarten and primary school,as an integrated system,is consecutive and periodical.School-age children need to adapt themselves to the primary school education from the kindergarten.It's an important transitional period for their mental development and behavioral habit.Currently,many studies on the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school focus on the kindergarten education instead of the first grade education and teaching of the primary school.As the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school is a two-way problem,we should not only focus on the kindergarten education.Instead,we should carry out the relevant research from the first grade of the primary school.Mathematics,as an important basic subject,has a characteristic of high abstract generalization and strict logicality.Therefore,the progressive teaching method should be applied to the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.The thesis has explored the validity of the mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school from first grade of primary school.The author of this thesis has carried out the experimental study by taking the first grade students at L Primary School in Hefei City as an example.The author has issued questionnaires to the parents of the first grade students of the primary school to find out the current situation of the mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.The author has also interviewed the parents and mathematics teachers of the first grade students to observe the class performance and studying evaluation of mathematics within three months after the first grade students enter the primary school.The author has focused on the study difference comparison between students who have received the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school and those who have not received the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.The author has then proposed the conclusion on the validity of the mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school through methods such as the data collection and the statistic analysis.Besides,the author has also proposed reasonable teaching strategies on the mathematics teaching for the first grade students to improve the learning efficiency and positive motivation concerning the mathematics study during the primary school period.The research results show that the mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school is helpful for students in their study and mental development when they enter the primary school from the kindergarten.It is also helpful for students' thinking ability development.To be specific,it is helpful for students' observation ability,discovery ability and the ability to use a variety of problem solving methods flexibly.Moreover,it can effectively improve students' focus.After entering the primary school for three months,students who have received the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school show a more obvious study advantage in not only the class performance but also the school achievement than those who have not received the link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.The mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school is helpful for students to adapt themselves to the new environment,improve their study interest in mathematics and study the mathematics later after they enter the primary school as soon as possible.It has fully proved the validity of the mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.The author has also discovered that there are still some problems existing in current mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.Therefore,the author has also proposed reasonable suggestions on these problems to enrich the practice strategy of mathematics link-up education between kindergarten and primary school.
