Community activity is an important carrier of campus culture,which plays an important role in promoting the formation of healthy and elegant campus culture.Community activities are an important part of school education and play a very important role in the healthy growth and all-round development of students.Under the background of scientism,education in our country attaches great importance to in-class teaching management but neglects the management of community activities.With the further deepening of the new curriculum reform of basic education in our country,the research on middle school associations has been paid more and more attention,and the educational significance of community activities has been valued increasingly.However,due to the influence of educational concept,management methods and conditions of school operation,there are many shortcomings in the management of middle school community management in our country,and the development directly affects the formation and development of school culture and the improvement of students' undefined comprehensive quality.Therefore,it is particularly valuable to carry out in-depth research on the management of student associations so that it can effectively promote the development of students' undefined comprehensive quality while inheriting the essence of school culture.Student-based education is an education idea and practicing mode that it sticks to the wholeness for students,high respect to students and entire depending on students ".It is an education that truly realizes the education of "taking students as the master of development and designing for students".It is also an education to realize the transformation from "management designed for the convenience for teachers" to "management designed for the development of students".The community management of middle school directly affects the quality of practical training of middle school students,thus affecting the overall development of quality education.Infiltrating and carrying out the concept of student-based education in the management of middle school associations is beneficial to the development of community work,the improvement of the quality of quality-oriented education,the fundamental improvement of students' undefined ability,and the healthy growth and all-round development of students.This paper takes XX middle school student association as the research object,and analyzes the present situation of student association in XX middle school through questionnaire survey and individual interview.It sums up the main problems of unclear positioning,single management,the big gap in conditions guaranty and low participant enthusiasm in students in student association management at the moment.The reason are no established students-based concept,the insufficient understanding of the educational significance of student association management,lack of systematic theory and method in association management,the big gap in conditions guaranty.Through research and analysis,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of student association management in line with the theory of student-based education including establishing the concept of people-oriented education,perfecting the organizational structure of community,strengthening the construction of community culture and improving the quality of activities.To ensure the external development environment of the community;to position and raise awareness of the community;to make appropriate resource arrangements;to enhance the ability of students to manage the community independently.It is hoped that it can contribute to the sustainable development of student associations and make students really become leaders in student associations,so as to effectively develop their own comprehensive quality.
