A Study On Student Association Management In Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with the gradual deepening of educational reform concept,there is rapid development in higher vocational education.Meanwhile,higher vocational education pays more and more attention to the training and improvement of overall personnel quality,the construction of campus culture and the promotion of social practice abilities of students.Therefore,it becomes the important content in this study that how to strengthen the construction of student associations,so as to guide them to the constant and healthy development.The subject of public management is the government or non-governmental public organizations,and the purpose of management is for the public interests of the society.College student associations have the characteristics of non-profit,which can provide high quality service for college students,and the public management mode is similar to a certain extent.Therefore,the management of student associations can refer to the concept and method of public management.On the other hand,education management belongs to the public management.while higher education management belongs to education management.The paper takes student associations in higher vocational colleges as the research object of public management,and based on the theory of management science.reveals the problems and causes of student associations in higher vocational colleges.The first chapter expounds the background research of student associations in higher vocational colleges,the research summary of students associations at home and abroad,the research significance and methods of student associations management in higher vocational colleges.Chapter two analyzes the concepts of higher vocational colleges,student associations and student associations in higher vocational colleges.and points out the guiding significance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs and higher education governance theory to this paper.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing the problems of the management of student associations in Jinzhou Normal College.which are mainly reflected in the absence and imperfection of the system.the unstable source of funds.the inadequate guidance of the school,the lack of systematic and long-term activities,and the insufficiency of students' internal motivation.The fourth chapter,aiming at the problems raised in the third chapter,proposes the transformation of the management concept of student associations,which is dominated by student autonomy and supplemented by school management;secondly,it innovates the management mode of student associations from the aspects of management objectives.methods,contents,paths and mechanisms.
