With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,the function of sports is quietly changing,and the individual enjoyment function of sports is becoming more and more prominent under the growing needs of the people for a better life.The individual enjoyment of sports aims to bring non-utilitarian freedom,happiness,satisfaction and other life,and individual life,and social life enjoyment experience.The realization of individual physical education function in primary and secondary schools plays an important role in improving students' physical education cognition,improving students' participation initiative in physical education,and guiding students to set up lifelong physical education view.In order to reveal the problems existing in the individual function of physical education in primary and secondary schools,we should comprehensively grasp and promote physical education in schools.The results show that:(1)Students' overall attitude towards physical education: primary and middle school students have a single physical education cognition;there are a considerable number of "neutral groups" have not yet formed a clear recognition of physical education and physical education classes.Most students prefer sports to physical education.With the rise of the education stage,the students pay less attention to physical education.(2)The lack of individual sports enjoyment in school physical education: the level of physical activity in physical education is not high,the frequency of extracurricular sports activities is low,and the students' sports experience is not rich.The activity level of physical education class decreases from primary school to high school,and the frequency of physical education activities in high school is obviously lower than that in junior middle school and primary school.(3)The lack of individual free enjoyment in school physical education: students' consciousness of subject,cognition of non-utilitarian sports value and happy sports experience are relatively lacking,especially subjective consciousness and cognition of non-utilitarian sports value.(4)The lack of individual aesthetic enjoyment in school sports: students lack positive and positive understanding and acceptance of the body in sports,lack of discovery and appreciation of physical beauty in sports,and also show a certain lack of experience in the creation of possibilities and self-transcendence of sports.(5)The lack of individual daily enjoyment of school physical education: a large number of students have not yet formed a preliminary sense of physical education life,nor have they established a stable sense of lifelong physical education.In the life of sports,the primary school stage is the weakest;in the lifelong sports consciousness,with the rise of the education stage has a weakening trend.(6)Compared with primary school,there is no significant development in the dimensions of individual sports enjoyment,free enjoyment,aesthetic enjoyment and daily enjoyment.The upper secondary level did not further improve in the sports and aesthetic enjoyment dimensions compared to the primary and lower secondary levels,and the free and daily enjoyment dimensions were worse in the primary and lower secondary levels.(7)The main causes of the problem are the historical root of sports function development,the trend of utilitarianism in the social environment,the orientation of practical value of school physical education,the choice of resources under the examination-oriented education system,and the path dependence of teaching management practice.(8)It is suggested to explore the realization path of individual physical education function in primary and secondary schools from the aspects of promoting the practice of quality education,reflecting on the orientation of school physical education function,advocating non-utilitarian physical education,diversifying individualized physical education teaching,strengthening the renewal of teachers' physical education concept,carrying out and enriching school physical education activities.
